If I could do 0 stars I would worst dining experience of my life 15 minute sit time when they had 0 customers waitress didn’t tell us to follow her nothing she waived us down like a pair of dogs we where a party of 6, 5 adults 1 child we where given 3 waters to share amongst each other they only took drink orders for 4 of us when we proceed to make it aware she missed 2 other guest our waitress rolled her eye. I felt like a 2nd class citizen in this establishment we order 2 “crab boils” as we proceed to get what could only be described as a potato boil at best where’s the crab? Where’s the shrimp? 4 measly crab legs and 8 shrimps is what $80 gets you at this place a crab boil meant for 3-4 people to share comes with 4 lemons when my wife asked for more we got more attitude and charged extra for 4 more slices of lemon our total bill came out to $230 for everything we ordered I will not step foot in this establishment again I can not stress how horrible our waitress was.

this was so good. came with my parents and shared a 2 pounds of crab with sausage, clams, corn and it fed us all. it was so yummy. their butter sauce was phenomenal. best seafood i've ever had. i 100% recommended. it was decorated so nicely in there aswell great service, and everything looked awesome

I came with a group of 11. This used to be my favorite Ramen place in Yakima, but the past two time I have ordered the noodles were undercooked and stuck together in a ball, the meat usually melts in your mouth, more recently it has been tough and underseasoned, bamboo shoots weren't cooked, fish cakes were flavorless, and the half egg was still runny. I typically order the Spicy Ramen or Creamy chicken Ramen. The waitress was not friendly or communicative.I'm not sure if I'll be back

Ramen is delicious, customer service is on point. To go boxes are great quality, To go orders are placed in separate containers so you food isn’t soggy. One of my favorite places for sure!

The Ramen I ordered was very expensive and too much sodium, it had cheap ramen and half an egg which really a dissapoints! The Ramen broth was very basic for the price! The pork was tough and the server couldn't tell me if it was pork belly or not and she works there lol!

Favorite place to get seafood boils! The extra spicy cajun sauce is the best! My family loves their Ramen as well. Customer service is great!

Ordered a pound of dungeness crab, this is not the first time we ordered a pound either. It's about half what we've gotten in the past, and definitely not a pound.Called to question it and the lady didn't even want to hear us, just kept insisting it was a pound.REALLY not happy with this experience, and likely won't go back.

Worst customer service in town. Waitress asked how many people were in our party and walked away, we followed her and she turned and yelled at us, STOP! DO NOT FOLLOW ME! and started cleaning a table. We waited for another waiter to sit us. After a few minutes, no acknowledge that we were even there. There were only 3 tables occupied. We got up and left. No apologies, no trying to ask why we were leaving, nothing. I will avoid this place at all cost.

So far I have gone twice to this establishment, and have only had ramen, so I don't know what the rest of the food tastes like (though if I am to assume based on my experience, it's probably not bad at all.) The ramen has been delicious. The place has been pretty quiet each time that I have gone, and the service has been relatively fast with good customer service. Definitely a place to check if you're into ramen.

Driving thru Yakima after visiting family. See that an entire side of the menu was dedicated to Ramen style Noodle soup, so we stopped for lunch.... Super Salty.. . We had 2 different chicken soups and a miso. All had good flavor, but they were super salty. Good portions of noodle, meat, corn to broth ratio, but.. Did I already mention this? Very salty. The base flavor was great, so if the salt were dialed back, this could be a great ramen soup stop.Good/fast service, very clean, food was perfect temperature. Also, wait staff need some education. When a customer asks the difference between soups, quoting the menu doesn't answer the question.
