Haven't eaten there in years. Had a bacon burger and fries, it was a really good burger and the fries are great.

This Burger Ranch is the best in the valley, in my opinion. I live in Selah and the Burger Ranch here just doesn't compare.
Sister got a job here and they didn't teach her a single thing then fired her because she didn't know how to use the register because they didn't teach her and she lost money in sales

The food was acceptable for this type of fast food restaurant. The drive thru window girl was extremely polite and enthusiastic about her job. She was polite and accommodating to my requests. Her responses were filled with kindness and she was a pleasure to interact with. The price for a hamburger, fries and a drink at Burger Ranch, in my opinion, does not scream value. I can find a much better alternative for what amounted to just about $20 when it comes to dining out.
The people were very friendly and helpful, but that's where the good news ends. I paid over $50 for 3 burgers, three fries, and three shakes, which in and of itself is ridiculous. The burgers were extremely sloppy and slathered in their special sauce to the point of being overwhelming and the buns were over toasted. The fries (which were your basic cheap frozen crinkle cuts, not homemade BTW) were dry and tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in their fryers in months. None of us finished our meal. For that amount of money I was expecting them to be at least as good as a chain fast food place, but I was sadly disappointed. I would not recommend going here. And BTW, if you do go here, don't try the cherry shake, it was positively disgusting. I only took one sip of it and threw the rest away. That was good money thrown in the trash.

Onion ring were pretty good and the burgers were great and huge.
