On three separate occasions over a few weeks they did not have roast beef and had to substitute it for other items. Every grocery store in town sells roast beef. Consistently being out of an item you can buy across the street is annoying. Once or twice is fine. Three times? Nah, now it’s just bad management. Fix your ordering situation or take the affected items off the menu.
We had cheeseburgers and fries with a drink. The food wasn't bad, they were friendly and the place was clean. But I feel for such thin burger patties the price was high.
1st time and I have to say I'm impressed.good French dip. Great crinkle cut fries and they have fry sauce that is great. I will be coming back.
The manager lacks the active listening skills necessary to help resolve issues and avoids taking responsibility by sending associates to handle complaints rather than addressing them himself.
I do not appreciate getting home and finding my sandwich twisted like licorice...What the hell is management doing? Clearly not watching these young employees.Called to talk with Regional Manager or Owner and was refused contact...Do Not Trust This Store.
The girl who took my order forgot my kids meal, and when I went to take my husbands sandwich out of the bag sauce got all over my car. I wish they’d use something more than paper to wrap the sandwiches… this isn’t the first time I have had to wait for food that they forgot to give me
We went through the drive through tonight. I had a 5 minute conversation trying to order a half sandwich half salad meal, two kids meals, large fry and another sandwich. The person taking the order (the receipt said Saidie B) just wasn’t getting it. Finally she repeated the order back and I pulled forward. They were out of 12” bread and apple juice this time. Every time I get food here, yes 100% of my visits here, they have been out of something and I have to revise my order. It has come to be expected, lol. The reason I gave them a 3 star today was because I got home and realized they didn’t give me my salad. She didn’t even ring me up for it after I said “spinach salad with Caesar dressing” at least 5 times and she repeated it back to me at the end. But I have to give them a 3 star at least because the food we did get was delicious. Compliments go to the cook.
$40 for a 12in ham and pineapple sub 1 med fry slpit and a reg Hamburger. That’s door dash price to be fair. No joke my sub had 1 Slice of thin thin ham on one side and 2 Slices on other with a ton of lettuce. I had to search for like 6 small pineapple chunks. I was Beyond shocked. I would have laughed I’f was not so irritated. If you have to raise prices then do it don’t do this. See pics for yourself . Won’t be back which is too bad because we liked a handful of times a year.
My granddaughters sandwich didn’t have the lettuce she asked for and her chocolate milk was 9 days past expiration and very very sour. Our large fries were cold and half full. And then they don’t answer the phone. However they were polite when we were at the drive through
Nice staff. Made the visit pleasant.
