We had never eaten at a Bob's Burger & Brew, but I came across it when I was looking for a lunch spot that offered gluten-free options for my husband who has celiac disease. They do not have a gluten-free fryer, so that was a bit of a bummer for my husband, but there were other sides for him to choose from.The restaurant itself was clean, with super friendly staff, with a good selection of food and drinks. The burgers were delicious, much better than some of the larger chains like Red Robin.
The food was amazing! But the service was not up to par!My wife and daughter went for dinner to celebrate her awards. We were seated right away but it took about ten minutes to get our drink orders. I ordered a 24oz Blue moon but it never arrived. Our food was finally brought out by a different waiter so I assumed my beer was still on its way.We were about 3/4 of our way done with our meal when finally our waiter asked if everything was ok. I said the food was great. I didn’t even bother to ask for my beer I was almost done with my meal. The waiter never even realized she had forgot my beer and proceeded to try to charge me for it. After she removed the beer from the ticket she didn’t even apologize for the mishap.
the burgers here are good. I don't know how I ended up in WA, all I remember is falling asleep in an airport with my friend Quandle (from Dingle, Ireland). But the burgers were delicious and juicy! Quandle got the chicken and said it was the best ever! If I ever fall asleep in an airport and end up in WA, I will make sure to swing buy! The next stop is Australia!

Great service!!!Whitney was the most professional bar tender I've ever seen. I'm from out of town and have a lot of hours logged in restaurants and bars. It's clear she enjoys her job.. service was excellent! The restaurant was great and the food was good.
In town for a former colleague's memorial and needed a light lunch before the service. Split a BLT and loaded potato soup with my better half. He said the BLT was almost as good as mine. Soup was creamy and flavorful.
Food was okay, not unique, and a high price for what you get. Very poor service. Hostess was very rough. She seemed bothered about a call-in/to go order so we went inside to order. The place was empty and she had no line. She had a lot of trouble entering our to go order into the food entry display. After heading back to wait, we had to come back in after waiting for over 30 minutes. Our food sat for an unknown amount of time according to the staff. They didn't seem interested in figuring out why it sat there or why no one called to say our order was ready. There are other restaurants out there that that bring more value and experience for the spend.
Fast service. Attentive server without being intrusive. Good burgers. My 9 year old said it was the best restaurant she's been to (and she just got chicken strips from the kids menu).
Like burgers? We'll go here then! It's awesome and the selection of drinks and different burgers plus the other great food is just the beginning! Great atmosphere and staff as well
Food was delicious everyone in the family was happy and enjoyed their food great place and great service a bit of wait to be seating but food was worth it will be back again for sure..
