Do not waste your money or time. Ordered two Wagyu cheese burgers without onions at the counter to go. Drove ten blocks to home. Both had onions. Both were cold. Cheese had not even started to melt! Meat was really pink inside. Patty was hard and dry. Hope we don't get sick.
Questionable cleanliness practices. There were no paper towels in the restroom. I had to wipe my hands on my clothes. When reported to the employee behind the counter, her response was that they didn't have anymore paper towels. During the 45 minutes we were in their dining room, no one ever came to wash down the tables or mop the large, sticky spill on the floor.
Used. Coupons to go but meal ended up being about 30 bucks fast customer service but I think why not get food at local deli go home and make it kinda expensive for a couple sandwiches with discounted prices could be a lot cheaper but nice place to stop and eat with the family if in a rush and could also clean them soda taps alittle better.
Good food. A bit expensive for fast food. Good help and quick service though.
I missed having Arby's on 1st St., but with how cheap they are now compared to McDonald's and others, it's worth the drive.
There was no bail to Ring to let them know the food was delicious. I asked and they said we just hadn't put it up yetI hope they do.I order half pound roast beef it was delicious. cashier lady was very nice to us. The bathroom and the lobby was cleaned. Can't wait to come back.We enjoyed itNot my image????
Order from arbys tonight my sons meal was just a bun with nothing on it. How on earth do you not see the sandwich is missing the one large ingredient ?? so disappeared with this last order
Tastes really good for fast food. Obviously I like other sit down restaurants better, but It is the best fastfood in town.
Went there last night they had no straws okay what ever we were in the drive thru so was going home anyway order 30 bucks worth of food for 4 of us (two different meals and two kids meals) checked the bag was shorted a fry was all got clear across town to find out our whole order was messed up have been trying to call the restaurant and no one answers I think I will just call the corporate number and complain it’s not like they were busy there was no one in dine in and there was me a car in front of me and behind me how hard is it to get an order correct when it’s on the screen in front of your face and you guys are asking for 16+ in pay please
My wife loves Arby's. We don't have one in our area so when we get to a city that does, we like to go. They gave me the wrong sandwich and my white mac and cheese was cold. Everybody makes mistakes but Jeez two in one order. luckily we were eating in the lobby. nothing irks me more than driving off and having something like this happen....
