I use this location as my office to read newspapers, use wifi and, of course, eat. It is a top notch store. Run with a service mindset and exemplary employees. Stacey leading the pack with Andrea, Drew, Noah, Steve and the gang. Even with a lot of disruption due to Covid, they've hung in there! Kudos to you all!!!
The good: The service was fast going through drive through. That was nice.The bad: It's fast food. I don't know what I expected. The beef in the soft taco was mush and I spent over $27 for two (yes TWO) soft taco meals. That's it. Nothing special. No extras. I pay that at authentic Mexican restaurants and they give you those bottomless baskets of tortilla chips with salsa!More good: the kids who helped us was lively and articulate (not bored) and had a great smile! He deserves a raise.... Unless he got a large percentage of that $27, then I don't mind paying that I paid that at all. ;)

Probably my favorite Taco Time. The crew is always super friendly and service is fast. Food is fresh and hot. Solid experience every time!
The last couple times we ordered via drive thru, our orders were messed up. About 2 weeks ago our order was missing the crisp burrito. Tonight half our order was wrong. We asked for 2 soft chicken tacos, and looks like we were given soft tacos for kids or soft burritos (contained only cheese, chicken and much smaller). Food is delicious but messing up our order twice in a row is frustrating.Edit: I did reach out to that email address 3 weeks ago and did not get a response.
They would have gotten a five stars rating if it wasn't so damn expensive. I believe they're the highest fast food place in Woodinville.

The food portions are not consistent, they're always understaffed like every place, and you have to make sure they give you everything because they frequently forget items
Food was pretty good, although it was a bit pricey.
