Best Taco Bell location in the area! Everything is always correct and made well, and they never skimp on portions. I drive the extra distance from Monroe and Bothell to come to this location instead of the nearby locations because I know it will always be good.
Ordering and drive thru service is always amazing, food presentation can be extremely undesirable. The food literally looks like it was thrown together sometimes, and it's hit or miss when it happens.
Man, took 20 min. To get my food, only 3 people ahead of me. Food was normal, no complaints there.
terrible customer service. they always get my order wrong too, which is unbelievable because its just a bean burrito. like cmon guys are you serious? i walked in the other day to pick up my online order and all of the employee just STARED at me for 5 minutes without saying anything. ridiculous. i think all of the employees need a customer service training course. i had to rate at least one star, but if i could, i’d rate it 0/5. There is one employee who has been extremely helpful, he is usually in the drive through and seems like he has a bad leg. He is very kind and patient. I will keep my rating until they fix themselves and their customer service.
Always nice fast and friendly. Been here a few times with no issues. Food is always hot and fresh.
You can’t go inside to order at the little machine anymore, and I’m nearsighted. Legally I can’t walk through the drive through. This is really annoying.
Very fast service. Accommodations with no problems. The grilled cheese steak burrito was new.... and weirdly greasy.
Wasn't too bad. They've made their stuff smaller. Burritos are not as full. Not sure if it is a taco bell company policy, or a local phenomenon, but it's not a good thing.
Even though the waitresses were nice I didn't like the prices of taco Bell they're too expensive. But the meal does look like it is on the menu and it is delicious yeah. So I guess I'll bump it up to three
Cashier / front person was super rude and literally on her phone the entire time while I waited 20 min for my order. She provided no updates no smile and basically no interest in doing her job
