This location has really gone downhill. Takeout order was 30 minutes late. My kids pizza and fries were ready on time but cold by time the rest of tge order was ready. I asked if there's a manager and was told "yeah, they really don't care". Kid running orders tried to give me $20 out of his wallet because he felt so bad about it. "Manager" finally showed up and started with "I don't appreciate you yelling at my staff" when I hadn't raised my voice. Then told me she can't control the time it takes as they were swamped and the kitchen was behind. I pointed out the dining area wasn't even half full so that excuse didn't resonate. She then said she could give me a full refund but it would "take over a week". I don't think she understood my response of "well at least your service is consistent". I asked who her manager was and she replied "you can look it up online". I'm glad they're still open but why bother with "leadership" like that? We won't be back. The lack of giving a hoot is evident in the management. This place is awful. Go ahead and close already. If the general or district manager reads these, fire the manager and replace her with one of the kids who still cares. Oh, and the order was, predictably, wrong. Yet again. Smh.UPDATE - bit into my burger and got a long hair. Thanks.
Thank you, Red Robin, for spoiling our family dinner outing on fathers day! I am still trying to find answers on what was it missing in us that we were treated as if we never existed! We got a table after almost 45 minutes of waiting and then had to wait for another 10 minutes before someone showed us to let us know they would be taking the order. I am totally fine with that knowing how staff scared are places right now. But what upset us most was the next table, who was seated 15 minutes after we sat got served all the food they had requested and was able to leave the restaurant even before we could get hold of our food. You could have at least served the onion rings we had ordered so that the three hungry kids had something to munch on! In the end, I had to let my guard down to check with the member supporting our table to see if our order was in at least.I wish I had my troubles for the day over there. However, when asked if we could have additional plates for the kids, seems like they totally ignored us. At this point, I am left wondering what is making us avoidable? Red Robin, this is not acceptable. This is not what we come into your place for. All I wanted was an evening with good food. Please know that you have terribly disappointed our whole family and will ensure to avoid joining again! Thanks.
Curbside pick up, waited 20 mins for someone to answer. Had to go in and was told big order backed up kitchen. Almost 40 mins past when supposed to be ready. If not enough staff then stop offering services. Puts staff under strain and now it will be awhile to come back. Update 20 mins later still nothing at curbside. Go in again and the order is sitting there. Cant wait to get home eat cold food and waste $85. Done with it
We came in with a party of 3, and were given a wait time of 10-15 mins to be seated. 35 mins later, people who had checked in after us were given seats, twice! And we were told to wait for 20 more minutes. We informed the manager and walked out. Not sure if it had to do with our skin color, but not a good experience. Red Robin's lost a loyal customer for sure.
Fantastic service, great, inexpensive food, good cold beer.
Good food, friendly and efficient service. Sat there a long time talking and was not a problem. Noise level was ?. Bill was high but I think that is true everywhere now.
Great food and service will go again
We love Red Robin. Always our family's go-to place! We used Active Menus to have it delivered because I wanted to stay home! Everyone wins!
Consistently solid burgers are great every time. And you can't go wrong with the bottomless fires and their seasoned salt is tasty
Waited for 10 minutes in lobby with 2 young kids, poked head into bar and family section multiple times and received no service. There were a handful of tables filled and a few in the bar, and at least 8 people working by my count, and not one spoke to us and no host the entire time. This was minutes ago. Don't waste your time, they don't want your business.
