i never leave bad reviews but unfortunately i had a very poor experience at this qdoba :( i ordered for pick up and i still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food to be ready. i would’ve completely understood if they were busy but they were not. in fact, 5 people got their food before us and they had gotten their after us. there was one guy who was really apologetic but besides that… bad experience. wont be coming back (i do not recommend ordering pick up from this location), the workers did not seem to care, they were incredibly slow at their job.

Our experience: Of all the restaurants we could have chosen on Cinco de Mayo, we chose this one. BIG MISTAKE. When we went in, a young “Gen X” man was at the counter and about 4 others stood around him doing…whatever they were doing ??‍♀️. We were the only customers except for a man who was already seated and eating alone. I nicely told him I would need a second, that I hadn’t been there before. (I didn’t know the menu.) He acted completely put out. I suggested my husband go ahead of me as he knew the menu and what he wanted. I asked 2 quick questions and was rudely responded to. My husband whispered me that he had a bad attitude. I was next so I told him what I wanted. He very rudely started slopping the ingredient onto a large tortilla and snapped at me that I couldn’t add or remove anything from my quesadilla (although he had to create it step by step anyway, I hadn’t asked him to alter a thing). We were literally there less than 2 minutes and he kept sighing, rolling his head back and to the side in impatience…I told him nevermind, I didn’t want anything, he didn’t need to be so rude. I told him my husband had also commented on the way he was treated and that he needed to just slow the hell down and quit being so rude.****SUDDENLY ALL EYES WERE ON ME****One of the staff in the back popped off that if I was going to cuss at a minor I could just leave. (Not that I carded him prior to asking him to slow the hell down, but he earned being confronted the way I did!) Meanwhile , “Susan the general manager” as she advised me, pooped off that I could leave and eat elsewhere. (They apparently didn’t hear me say “nevermind, I don’t want anything” in reaction to his mistreatment.) I responded by asking “So you’re more concerned about me saying “hell” than you are your employee being very rude to your customers? She said “My name is Susan if you want to submit a complaint on me.” I said “Okay!” And we left.Not only will we not return to this particular franchise, several of my friends that own businesses in the area also stated they will never return. We’ll give our business to people who appreciate being in business especially after the pandemic!!!Susan and her big mouth buddy as well as the boy should NOT work with the public. I was literally disgusted. Also…personal hygiene should be a thing Susan.

Had a great experience here today. Staff were having fun and were super friendly. Food was fresh and great. Exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

Beware of Qdoba price gouging. The flower tortilla they use for tacos have now gotten smaller. I was shocked to see how much smaller the flour tortilla are in comparison to what I was served almost two weeks ago. I asked the gal and she said this is what they get and it always changes. I call BS and management knows exactly what they are doing. Smaller tortillas for the same taco price means only one thing, MORE PROFITS and less being served to customer. SMH Qdoba.

Horrible service. I walked in at 10:59 and they open at 11 and this girl was so rude and told me I need to leave right now and I asked you open at 11 she answered yes but you need to leave now. I literally walked out the door and it was 11 so I walked back in and she said we are not ready so leave... im normally very relaxed person and never leave bad reviews but this was absolutely uncalled for. I probably will never return to this location.

You know how good your steak nacos are when done properly? AMAZING. But when you put too much queso and sour cream on top it becomes a soupy mess. It's a problem and your ingredient portions need to be more thoughtfully measured every time. I don't want to stop going here, but the inconsistency is testing my loyalty.

I echo what others have said about the poor quality of work by the staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This area has so many options as far as restaurants go, don’t waste your time or money.

It's true, the place was dirty and the gen Zs who were working there had minimal effort in serving the customers (had attitudes too). I had placed an online order, I got there 3 minutes after it was suppose to be ready but the food had not even been made. Had to wait for them to slowly make the orders.

Worst customer experience EVER!! And it’s super dirty in there! Training is in need ASAP.

We ate lunch here and this time and last be got hair in are food and they need to wear hairnets we got free manger coupon and going to a different location next time
