Not impressed. The lemonade was great . The young lady that topped my pizza just kinda lumped it all in the middle and had a pretty sour attitude. The garlic tasted burned and the crust was burned a bit too. Overall pretty bland for a pie with jalapeños and pineapple and onion.
Poor service! I wanted to order and eat inside. I stood there for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me while online orders took priority. No one said hi or even acknowledged we were waiting in line. I understand staffing shortages but it takes very little to prioritize in store customers and even Great Clips welcomes you to their store. We ended up going elsewhere.
Way cool. You can get them to make your own pizza, the way you want it...I eat there once or twice a week getting 2 pizzas at a time... They are so curious and helpful, it is the most awesomest pizza place in the world!!!!!
I totally didn't notice there was no default tip when I ordered online - so now I'll have to go back soon and tip double, which is fine with me because they made a great pizza that was hot and ready on time, and they brought it out for curbside pickup as soon as I pulled in, before I could even call to say I was there.
Music was too loud to comfortably talk with my friends; otherwise spacing was good, food was excellent & lots of choices! It was not too busy for a Tuesday noontime pizza.
I have eaten at the Bellevue and Issaquah locations and thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas. This was my first and probably last time eating at the Woodinville location.The pizza did not taste great. The roasted garlic was burnt like charcoal and the bottom of the crust was not fully baked. Oddly, the pizza also lacked in flavor even though there were a lot of toppings.Positive, the staff were very pleasant and restaurant was clean.
Please keep in mind the website does not provide the option to tip when doing a curbside pick up. They are offering an EXTRA service because of the pandemic and losing out because of it. Luckily I had cash in my car to tip and worked out in their favor cuz it was more than I would have originally (had to make up for the ones who don't notice). Poor website design. Not this stores fault. Please have cash tips for these people who work hard to make your food and deliver it to your car.. or just go inside to grab your order! They were awesome and pizza was amazing hit the spot :)
I'm a MAJOR Mod Pizza fan but unfortunately our first time ordering from this particular location didn't live up. Dough wasn't cooked all the way, other ingredients didn't seem fresh. A bummer, to be honest. We will try again, maybe it was a fluke.
Such a bummer. I love MOD. I haven't had any issues at smaller restaurants and not being vaxxed. Today I was told I needed to show my papers in order to eat there because in King County it's required. I asked if you had to be vaxxed to work there he said most of them were, which doesn't make any sense. You have to be vaxxed to eat there but not work there? Fast forward to me eating in my car and I see a couple walk in and they were serviced not wearing masks. So all I'm saying is if you're going to be a tyrant and enforce a local health order at least be consistent and don't discriminate one over the other. You could have a big problem on your hands.
Decent pizza. Typically not worth waiting for as they are usually slow and their online estimated service times wildly off (add 20 minutes or so). Lots of employees behind the counter though.
