Best coffee in town. Friendly and efficient staff.
My favorite chain espresso in Washington. Always great service with drinks that dont feel so actively sugary that they're rotting your teeth.
Five star for service! The gentleman working there offered us an excellent service, he got out of his way to make changes and make sure we’re happy with our orders. We had some tea and almond croissants. The honey tea was a bit too sweet, but overall we’re happy with the food and drinks.
Always good but I hate when the owner rotates their muffins and you get used to seeing one and enjoy it but then they take it away from you and I think the owners sit back and have a secret evil laugh.
I love Mercury coffee and always get my coffee from them but the experience at the Mercury inside the Haggen store was awful. First the barista didn’t get the order right and was on her phone all the time. When prompted to check if the coffee was made per order, she messed up the entire cup from the outside while trying to fix it. I had to ask for napkins and a new lid to clean up. Very unhygienic and very bad customer service. I don’t pay extra at Mercury to get a sub-optimal experience. Finally, the snickers mocha didn’t taste as usual. Very disappointed, not coming back.
My favorite place for straight up delicious bean. Americano, splash of cream, no sugar...great coffee flavor in their standard roast.
Not my favorite chai tea latte but the coffee is better than most. Definitely a better go than Starbucks.
Love murcerys love they have sugar free salted caramel my go to for my americano with a splash of half and half.
The Barista was great and gave good suggestions when ordering coffee. I got Blonde Hawaiian and she recommended it being make less sweet. That was a great advice and I'll highly recommend the customer centric Baristas, and amazing range of coffees available.
Just left with out my coffee, again. I am all for customer service however when 3 baristas are talking to the same customer for over 5 minutes after assisting them they are no longer working for a tip. The line behind me was forming as we all waited to order. Only one barista was making the coffees while the rest stood around, crowded at the register chatting away with the same customer about everything that was NOT related to his coffee related. I left out of the line and headed into the grocery store. I was able to order a breakfast sandwich and pay for it. On my way out of the store I saw the lady who was behind me barely getting her coffee. I asked her how much longer did it take and she sarcastically said a hour. This Mercury coffee is in a convient location and of course the recognize repeat customers. If they baristas could please remember there are plenty of us in line ready to order and pay that would be great.
