Was attempting to order in the drive through and had the rudest employee ever taking our order. He treated us like we were idiots for trying to order an item that was still pictured on the menu, but apparently they didn't have anymore. We drove away and will not be going back there!
This location has no right to call itself fast food. There was 2 people in the drive through and 2 people inside and 6 people working took 20min and ended up leaving without half my order because I was on my lunch break. If your in a rush avoid this location. Staff was nice though I guess.
The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They can not get orders right for the life of them.I ordered just cheese on bread and got a cheeseburger when the ticket literally says no meat. Ridiculous.Horrible management. If you want McDonald’s go to another location and save yourself the hassle.
Well as most of my followers do not know that I have a pass employment history that quick service restaurants is fortunately one of the pieces of my oldest resume and with that being said I am still in remembrance that if you have a line building up in the Drive-Thru for a peak. Time, it is most imperative that by the third vehicle you have the stock built up for a fluent yet fresh hot product to provide to the customers throughout that momentary time frame! I say this I say this because today I was third in line as the two vehicles in front of me pulled in at the same time which would I've been around the 11 to 11:30 a.m. peak. Time frame and still I was feeling as if I may have been the first vehicle to show up out of the entire day due to the fact that my mu le had taken extraordinarily longer than expected and much lower of a quality product than I desired or that was usually provided as well as expected from any restaurant! I received my meal with the fries cold, over salted, the chicken nuggets were hard and the only one from them seems as if it came from a heat lamp in hopes of preserving the product long enough to sell it rather than replace with fresh meat! If I was considering searching for a meal in the near future during this time frame and maybe even both breakfast as well as supper I now will be lowering this McDonald's here at the Woodinville location to below my top 10 as well as most definitely not referring this place to anybody that I care about and even though it's sad to say but possibly not even to those I don't care for :-/ which says a lot since I'm always in a positive mind frame about my food choices! I hope that some type of Representative or management of this establishment may be able to come across this review as I have a difficult time reporting any issues that may come about when I order a meal if they are deemed not necessarily crucial to my health or livelihood so that being said I'm just going to leave this as is and maybe in the future they'll remember my experience and consider offering some type of way to make mends for their lack of professionalism! ;-)
We only come for soft serve cones (all other food if theirs majes my stomache hurt) and boy have they gone up in price! Next time I may just go to the store and buy a cheap pint if ice creme.
Terrible. Seems that they are really in trouble now with staffing. Waiting 25 min for a mobile order, which arrived all wrong and COLD. The 13 year old managers are particularly incompetent!
I really like this McDonald’s but I’m tired of not being able to use the bathroom!!! It’s Covid ! It’s be nice to wash my hands and use the facility.
The drive thru is exceptionally fast for 9a on the weekend. Pretty standard, but the drive thru workers are always super polite and accommodating.
Very long lines. Drive thru or online orders only. No inside service.Food always good just not Fast.
As a self proclaimed local food critic, I have got to say this McDonald’s food and customer service is outstanding. Never gotten a bad meal never gotten mixed up order and recently have received great customer service. One individual stood out more than normal I think his name was Jim give that kid a raise!
