Had to wait 1/2 hr for a mobile order pickup at 7pm ( not exactly dinner rush). Watched countless people order and receive their food before me. Did not get any greeting or acknowledgment that i had been there waiting for so long - rude. They also don’t allow you to pick up mobile orders via drive through - fyi. Food was cold, bland and sparse. Soft drink had no fizz or sweetness. Never going back to any kfc. Big thumbs down.
Usually good place to eat. But the last two times the chicken was way over cooked and dried out. Not sure what happened wether its new staff or what. Very disappointed considering the price
Is it really chicken?The sides are ridiculously expensive for extremely small portions. Their biscuits are notably smaller but still just as salty tasting. They no longer give you butter and the pretend honey packets.Not worth it.
We have ordered their chicken pot pies a few times over the last month to 2 months and everytime we end up with bones in our pot pie. We will never be going to this KFC or ordering online from them ever again. Some pieces were full bones and some have been tiny broken bones. Nobody should have to worry about bones in pot pies.
Very rude. Looked up menu online for this specific KFC location to figure out what we wanted to get and made sure what I was picking didn't have 'online exclusive' since we just wanted to swing by not do a whole pick up order. Got to the drive-thru and asked about the meal that I had looked at on their online menu and started to give her the name of the meal. Instead of being helpful, the staff person interrupted me to rudely tell me that was online only without really hearing what the meal was. I was honestly surprised about her rudeness for a simple question and tried to ask again because she didnt even let me say what the meal was and their online menu did not label this as 'digital exclusive' as it did several others. She interrupted (again with uncalled for attitude about a simple question) and basically then said that nothing from their online menu was available with drive-thru. Didn't try to offer any other suggestions or even try to be nice about it. I probably would have just ordered something else off their drive-thru but this person was so rude I didn't want to order anything from her. No one else was behind me so I backed up and decided I would eat somewhere else.
Chicken aren't frash, you can taste the blood out of the meat. The quality is like cheap Chinese buffet chicken.
Food was fresh and I was served in a timely manner with respect and consideration! Keep it up!
We ordered two of the "original" 9 piece chicken buckets for $11.99 each. The order taker was hesitant and then told me there was not enough of the "original" for both buckets but then said, we can do it."When we arrived home and opened our chicken buckets we found we had been shorted! Each of the "9" piece buckets we paid for only contained 7 pieces per bucket consisting of 3 drumsticks, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts.We also noted the chicken didn't taste as fresh as KFC normally is and was dry. With overpaying for our meal (short 4 pieces) and less than satisfactory taste we had an unpleasant experience.
The people are nice but the portions are tiny. The pics on the menu make them look larger than they are. Ordered a 4 pc basket and the pic shows big pieces of chicken, the ones you get are much smaller than you'd expect.
Five stars because they let me use there bathroom lol!!!
