Now putting shredded lettuce on their un-wiches. A lot of lettuce, lettuce wrapped in lettuce. Receipts are confusing, especially if using a gift card. No last 4 on the receipt, so hard to remember what card was used to pay.
Slowest Jimmy John's ever and consistently messes up orders. I rarely ever have an issue at any other Jimmy John's... This one it's to be expected.Safe yourself the headache and drive to a different Jimmy John's or get a different sandwich nearby.

Every single time I order from this location, delivery takes an hour. I could have walked to the location and back to work in less time than it takes them to deliver.

So this is my first Jimmy John's experience few reasons I gave my experience a 2 star first thing is when I ordered my #11 I was not asked on what type of bread I wanted they just assumed white bread also there is nothing stated on the menu that drinks are not included so I assumed a drink came with food just to find out it did not and I had already paid. So just some advice please ask what type of bread the customer wants and also let them now that drinks sold separately give us a chance to make the decision of we want to add to the order. Over-all cleanliness of the store was ok tables and floor could of been cleaned but that is nit picking the cashier was nice but seemed a little lost when asked about the meal comes with drink or not.
I ordered a vegetable sandwich and received the worst lunch I've ever had.Three slices of cheese, mayonnaise, and a green mixture that I assumed was avacado.It was a complete waste of money.They didn't even try to ask if there was anything specific I needed fixed.I'll never go to JJ again unless I'm looking for a medium fountain drink and a bag of chips for $12.
Terrible experience. You order a sandwich with turkey, cheese, and mayo. instead of making the sandwich they give you some other sandwich they say is cheaper but has no mayo, and instead of adding mayo they give you a packet of mayo and explain they can’t put Mayo on the sandwich for you as it is against corporate policy. What? A made to order sandwich shop that won’t put mayo on? So you tell them again you want turkey cheese and mayo and don’t care about the cost. Just put the f*ing mayo on the sandwich and stop with the bullspit.
