Really good subsEdit: this place seems to have a hard time keeping their online ordering available. Both the mobile app and website become unavailable way too often. So either I'm going to order from a different Jersey Mike's, or a different place all together.
It was a wonderful experience on this magical night at Jersey Mikes. A kind young (handsome) man made my sister and I the best sandwiches ever and he wore his mask correctly the WHOLE time! 10/10 keep up the good work jersey babes! <3
Just absurdly poor service, not sure why Jersey Mike’s tolerates this franchise because it reflects so poorly on the entire brand. I ordered online, but when I arrived 20 minutes later I had to wait for 3 people to order in person before they checked what I was waiting for. I would have left but I’d already paid online so I was stuck. They didn’t start my order till then, so it would have been way faster to just not order online. The bathroom was completely flooded and out of soap.
This rating is based upon this location not offering free deliveries on Saturday per the national advertisement. I had to use grubhub and pay for the delivery.
The new hot sandwiches are great! And the classic big kahuna always good!
This was my first time here and I will be back. I was able to see a a very kind gesture/random act of kindness by the employees working on 8/14. The food was good but the kindness that I saw from the staff is what has brought me back 3 additional times since then. I say go and tip big since they have big hearts.
The staff is friendly and the food is Jersey Mike's it's what you expected to be. I enjoy only their hot subs personally, and I mostly just ordered the Big kahuna. It's nice to order two types of mushrooms on it though if you want my opinion.
normally I give this place 6, but today, with only a half hour for lunch I did an on line order for 1:30. When I got there at 1:30 they had not even started my order. I hot no lunch today and am out the $12.75. for my sandwich.
