Had the best drive thru experience here. My food was cooked to perfection and hot when I got it back to work.
Food service is great people were kind and it was completed in the entirety of the order within seconds it's from what it seemed like! Definitely will refer this restaurant to the next person looking for a good meal!
Went to location 8439 the woodinville location and ordered 12 mini tacos and asked for sour cream when I got to the window patricia said we don't have any sour cream I said ok and when she handed me my food I asked for 2 ranch and she said you can have 1 and I said no I ordered food and paid I would like 2 ranch and she said well we are short on ranch so you will need to pay for a 2nd one. I took my food and left. This is unacceptable simply for the fact I ordered and paid for over priced food and jitb is a billion dollar company trying to charge me for a ranch. Patricia is very unprofessional and will probably make this location lose alot of customers
Myself and a buddy went through the drive thru and placed our order. Once we pulled away from the window noticed we were missing a burger and cars had formed in drive thru. I went to the window and they told me to come in. They were super polite and did everything possible to fix the situation.
Good place for a quick bite and love that it's open 24hrs and considering that the employees are always super nice even at 1:00 am. The food is good I enjoy the sourdough Jack's always my go to's.
I was honestly impressed by how rapidly I was able to complete the entire process of ordering my food from entering the drive-thru guys keep up the good work!

I got a bacon cheeseburger loaded cheddar with extra bacon But instead I got a regular cheeseburger with no condiments, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no bacon. You guys made alot of my past orders wrong in the last 2 years. No more. Last time I come here
