So here we are in wine country and my lovely wife doesn't drink wine. Our friendly pourer at Forgeron suggested I take her to Heritage for a Bourbon attitude adjustment. That's when our waiter, Nick, took over. A recurring theme for me is that great service overcomes so many shortcomings. Heritage had few to cover up so Nick was the Luxardo cherry on top of our meal. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and right about his recommendations Nick made our outdoor dining experience top notch. When Nick tells you to order the spicy clam appetizer and you do you win. A brothy combo of tomatoes, homemade chorizo and white wine were the perfect bath for the clams. I would have liked some chunks of chorizo but that is a minor adjustment not a complaint. Nick was spot on again suggesting Black Cod Puttanesca to my wife who rarely ventures outside of the plain grilled salmon lane. Another hit. In the end Nick took pity on this poor hotel dweller and gave me a few slices of lemon to go to help me enjoy a breakfast ice tea the next morning. If we come this way again we will definitely stop by. In the meanwhile, go to Heritage and ask for Nick. You will be rewarded.
Very good taste! Very good service! A soft reminder that the food amount is big, so normally you may need a to go box. If you have 4 people, maybe order 3 to share.
Double date last night, drinks, appetizers, and our main dish. The drinks were great, a variety of them. For appetizers, a cheese plate with assorted fruits, nuts, crackers, and cheese. As for the appetizers, hush puppies, deep fried and delicious. Finally, the main course, all of us ordered the same thing, hamburgers and chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The food was spot on, great flavor and presentation. And to complete the night, we met the chef while we were walking out. I highly recommend this place! The staff, food, and atmosphere all make it a great night out.
Great experience! I got here and they had just gotten busy all at once on a Friday. The place was packed. No problem! I was sitting by the kitchen and I saw everyone person from bartending to management chip in like a well oiled machine and family making sure all food was sent out timely and all with a smile. They truly enjoy serving their customers. It was fun to watch. Will definitely be coming back.
Had a great dinner there Saturday evening. All 4 in our party raved about the food. (We all had something different.) Trumpet mushroom bisque was sublime. Pork chop was excellent.(It was not overcooked like so many other restaurants.) My favorite was dessert Cinnamon and Sugar Doughnuts.
Heritage Restaurant + Bar is by far one of the best restaurants in the PNW! Chef Breanna has created a menu that is full of flavour and innovation with a tip of the hat to classic cuisine. Go and enjoy a meal at Heritage, you won’t be disappointed.
It was our first visit to Woodinville and we stopped here for lunch. It was a great experience. The food was excellent and so was the service. They also have outdoor seating for those good weather days. Will definitely return if in the area again. It was also reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
Anytime I see a menu with a half chicken, I always order it. This was by far the best one I have ever had. Scallops were also delicious. We sat on the patio with our little dog. They turned on the heaters for us and it was a wonderful experience. The Old Fashioned is top notch. I would highly recommend this place.
Phenomenal seasonal menu. Light and airy location in the middle of Woodinville wine country. Great place to have brunch or lunch with the girls. Chef is amazing?
The acoustics made it very loud inside & as I've noticed in a couple other restaurants here they're a little lacking in the seasoning of their food. But with a little salt & pepper, the food was incredible. I had their harvest Benedict w Fingerling Potatoes. Amazing! I'd sooo do that again.
