best food, awesome crew. I highly recommend it. going this afternoon
Almost always tasty! Sadly when I got home I discovered that my regular chicken was Spicy. Disappointed and it seemed silly to drive back. I am not a fan of spicy food so all the wonderful crunchy crust and shine was pulled off and tossed.
Nice options! One of the best fried chicken ? in WA.
I ordered online and was told that the food would be ready at 7:05. I got there at 7:10 and food wasn’t ready. 5 minutes later was told the mac and cheese would be another 15 min. I asked to have it removed from my bill, but there was no manager on-site and the person on-site did not know how to remove it. I ended up waiting and finally got my food at 7:30. Got home and found the chicken was not hot, the mac and cheese overcooked (very soft), and they had not given me the extra rolls that I ordered. Very disappointing experience.
I guess Guy Fiery was right, I am a regular, my little one loves it too, so win win
While the food is normally great, it is impossible to get it fast enough to enjoy it. Lines are long reaching upwards of 30-40 minutes all the while priority is given to delivery orders. Attempting to set a pickup order is also impossible, the online pickup system is always down and the phones never get picked up. I would love to eat here but it seems this location is doing its best to prevent people from doing so.
This meal was amazing! Everyone, even my picky eater, loves this meal. The chicken was so good, it's the kind of chicken you wish you knew how to make. Yum.
Best chicken in all of Seattle. Sides are delicious as well. Worth every penny.
Our first and last time at Ezells. The chicken was cold, the battered skin was flavorless and crumbly, the sides were small portions for a "family meal". The only redeeming elements were the soft rolls and cajun fries, which would probably be really good if they weren't also cold. I literally never thought I'd say these words, but I'd have rather had KFC.
Although staffs were friendly, but the food quality is far too short for Ezell's standard and chicken dinner in general.
