Stingy owner, he would not remake the product I had even though it was made incorrectly.The acai bowls at this location are also smaller for some reason than the other locations which I find pretty sketchy.Horrible customer service.Don't go to this location, you will regret it.
Love this place!! If you have any questions or have specific dietary needs/restrictions. I highly recommend coming by when the owner is available. He is beyond helpful he is very knowledgeable and quite pleasant. I am sure others that work here can answer questions as well but my personal experience was with the owner. He and I worked together to come up with something when my husband has to do liquid diet do to stomach problems that will help him feel full plus get him vitamins and other add-ons to help him and his stomach when it is falling up. He even offered to write the recipe down and put in the register so if he was not there the other people would know what and how to do it.
I ordered a raspberry smoothie. I watched them make it using raspberry syrup. I asked “you don’t use real raspberries?” (The I think owner) responded we use both. But I never saw them putting in any kind of raspberries nor did I taste any raspberries or the seeds that comes from raspberries even after being blended. Not a fruit smoothie to me. Not worth $8
This place was really awesome with really good tasting smoothies. The flavors were really bomb. We have been here a couple of times and the workers were incredibly friendly. It truly is an emerald.
We been a couple times to the wiodinville location and the drinks taste a bit watery and not as good as e.g. Redmond or Krikland location. We decided not to go here anymore. Was just disappointing given that these drinks aren't cheap.
These chains are a great place to pop in for a smoothie on the go, fast, friendly service and no matter what your oder, they always taste amazing
The location and the inside of this ECS was prime. The staff however... He made us two drinks and forgot to pay attention to which one was which and so when they were finished he was smelling our drinks to see if he could figure out who was supposed to get what drink. This is weird during non-covid times but super off-putting for us during covid times...
The two people who were in today were amazing. I'm a first timer here at emerald city smoothies and I think the smoothies their are SUPER AMAZING
