I dig this place! Always have liked their burgers, and the value menu is pretty good too.Side note: I was always put off by the "cheese curds" menu item, but got a free sample when they made a mistake on an order.It's like fried mozzarella sticks in the shape of popcorn shrimp, lol. They're pretty good!
I don't live in the area but was up here on business. I ordered a tender basket to go and stood back from the counter to wait. Seven more customers came in after me and six of them got their orders and left. After fifteen minutes the cashier asked what order I was waiting for. I respond with my order and she shuffles back to the order window and asks for my order. Five minutes later it comes out. The other customer waiting on the rest of his.order asks, and she responds "oh... yeah." and shuffles off.
Make sure to call if they mess up your order, otherwise they won't fix the issue. Basically told it was my fault for not calling and that absolutely nothing could be done.
Right off Exit. Tricky to get to and back on freeway. Expensive. Only had blizzards but they were very good.
Where else can you find dairy free dilly bars!! And the girl that was working there I think her name was Shae was so kind to point them out when she heard me say that my husband couldn't get dessert because it's all ice cream! She took the time and initiative to show me what he could have on the menu!! I really appreciate it thank u Shae!
Restaurant is always clean but had a poor experience today, ordered a chicken strip basket with 5 pieces and only got 1 dipping sauce, when I asked for another they refused and wanted to charge me 54 cents. 1 sauce for 5 strips is ridiculous. Had to eat the last 2 strips dry. This location lost me as a customer.
If I could give a negative mark I'll be more than happy to do so.I called from outside of States ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks (pic 2) in advance for my friend and received an unfinished cake (pic 1) on the birthday with no decoration whatsoever. When the guy received the call from the store to pick up the cake, he was told that due to they have too many orders they don't have time to make the cake. (Then why you called the guy to pick up the cake while it's not even finished???)I called the store looking for the manager but the phone got passed around and around among a bunch of staff who can't even speak proper English and no one's willing to provide me with the information. Gabby the employee told me it'll take another 24 hrs to make a new cake. I had bring back the cake and the guy didn't even get the cake on his birthday.I didn't receive any apology from the store, moreover, I was rejected in any possible way to extend the issue to the escalating managing level, even though I've left them with both my email and phone number.I had to contact customer service and called the store manager Karam a few times left with voicemail yet received no response or callback.As a customer who's ordering DQ cake on almost every occasion, I've never had such ridiculous experience. As a matter of fact before I decided to share it here, I've given them lots of chances and unfortunately they were all being ignored which left me with no choice.There's absolutely no respect or caring from this store, and that makes me to put a giant question mark on DQ's cultural value on customer service.Everyone deserves a cake on their birthday and no one should ever be treated this way just because they know I can't show up in person as I'm calling from another country so, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC PLACE.
One of the very few Dairy Queen’s that serve food hot, creamy, crispy, and just the way Dairy Queen would present the quality of their food. I’ve been to most of the Dairy Queen’s Northside and to be honest… this Dairy Queen and 1 other in Kirkland are part of the very few that I know of that serve great food!
