They were randomly closed the past two times I went. They took online orders and made me drive all the way to their store only to see a "closed" sign attached to their door. I could see some of staff inside. They came out and didn't even apologize for inconvenience. They just shrugged their shoulders and told is to go to a different location if we wanted to eat.

I have eaten at Chipotles in many cities in several states and this is the first location to disappoint. I ordered online. It was not started by the time I arrived, which was six minutes after the ready time online. The store was out of vegetables, if this had been noted online I would not have ordered. The burrito ended up being about 40% of the normal size and some of the rice was hard. The only positive of the experience was that the employee working the line was attractive. I would however have preferred quality food. If you are looking for a Chipotle meal I would suggest a different location.
If you order online check out your order before you leave. EACH TIME we order online either it’s wrong or the portions are minimal. I asked for veggies, got three bell peppers. I said light rice, the whole bowl was rice which had hard pieces of rice in it. And again, half stale half super oily chips. Save your time and go to TacoTime right down the street. Friendly people with consistent food quality. Shame on me for coming here again.
We made an online order for pickup. When we entered the restaurant, we immediately noticed the dirty food prep area. Our takeout boxes were covered in sauce and little pieces of browned lettuce. The food tasted good, but we were put off by the short, black hair that was sitting on top of the sour cream.We should’ve read the reviews before ordering from here. This Chipotle was dirty months ago, and it looks like the staff/management haven’t taken any steps to make it cleaner. I would recommend that you stay away from here.
I stood in line at 1155 over and hour after opening on Googles times. I stood there and one employee didn't say a thing and kept stocking the fresh food. Another walked by bringing our mobile orders. I stood there for 10 minutes before really being acknowledged. One person finally said they would be open in 10 to 15 min as orders are flying out. How was I supposed to know they weren't serving even though they were OPEN and only doing online orders? Bizarre experience.
My girlfriend and I went here for lunch during a move. It was delicious. Potentially the best Chipotle I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and gave us huge portions.The restaurant cleanliness left something to be desired. However I was deep in a food coma and did not care after the first bite.
Lazy staff who like to close early instead of making more food. So frustrating.
This is my 3rd time at this chipotle with the same issue. I don’t know if anyone else is noticing this but I’ve had a nemerous amount of dead flies/ in my lettuce. The first time I was in a rush back to work and didn’t have time to go back and change my food. The second time we ordered takeout, I only saw once we came home. This third time was another takeout order, you would think by now I would be checking the lettuce before I left.. I gave chipotle 3 chances and it seems to me they aren’t washing the lettuce properly. I’m very very upset. 3 times I had to go experience this! I don’t know if I’ll ever be coming back to chipotle.
Wish I could give this place five stars. In the negative. Like literally -5 stars. Glad to never spend a dime in that overpriced place, ever again. Has anyone else noticed the weird smell by the drink fountains?
