I went in and was helped by Luci. The food was fresh which is always good but my review is about Luci for her amazing customer service. Current state of the world has included in it terrible customer service because so many people are hurting or depressed with the world or their own lives. It was a breath of fresh air getting helped by her. I even overlooked paying 37.50 for fast food for 3 people(ridiculous) thanks to the stellar service today.

This is by far THEE! best Wendy's I have ever been to the service was fast and the whole bunch was nice I come here a lot often than i'd like to admit haha but really they remember my name and what sauces I like with my potato and the cashier usually has some good banter for me I'm telling ya people think twice when you get upset about a messed up order there are minors working during the day and they are trying their best and ive seen them replace mistakes
When I bring in a bag of cold and incorrectly made food, it would be nice to have the whole thing replaced. Lousy service, 98% of working in a fast food kitchen is reading comprehension but your order takers don’t listen either.
I've been to this Wendy's plenty of times and thought It was great but every single time I get a salad and ask for ranch instead of another dressing that comes with the salad, the employees say "yes of course" and forget to switch the dressing and I have to use the ranch that's for my nuggets which is very inconvenient even though it's ranch it's for the nuggets and not my salad! So 3 stars for messing up 90 percent of the time.
Absolutely impressed!I use to be a manager at a Wendy’s restaurant, this Wendy’s by far is hands down! Employees were very nice and professional. They washed their hands, their uniforms are very clean, the floors, tables and behind the counters were very clean. Bathrooms were appropriate. Food was put in the trays like Dave says! I highly recommend this Wendy’s!
The customer service while ordering needs work. But the food quality is fresh and tasty, good prices, fast.
Just avoid this place at all costs. Drive through is designed horribly, literally put the order window and pickup window on the wrong side of the building so you get stuck in the order line after getting your food. Plus I drive for doordash and I have to come here frequently, and they randomly close the dining room with no rhyme or reason so I can't even go inside to grab orders. Will not ever come back here for myself, and I will decline every order that I get from doordash for this restaurant.
We love ice on our burgers ?
Good fast food, decent prices, no mistakes even on special requests.. my only warning is don't get it delivered if you want warm food
