I just came too taco Bell and my total was $14.95, I handed the lady $24.95 so I can get $10 back, even change. And the worker didn’t know how that worked and then proceeded to give me back $9.99 because I was off by a penny and then didn’t say anything to me till she gave me the change when she could’ve just told me that I was off by a penny. Keep up the great training!
I love their crunch wraps! Also, it's always very clean and tidy inside the dining room and you can even walk through the drive-thru!
This is actually a very good location. They seem to make everything pretty good. Not sure why I have to ALWAYS tell them to put the food in the boxes when I order a few boxes for my family though. Super annoying that they expect people to know what the hell is in the giant bag with 30 tacos/burritos ? But… once they fix that issue it’s all good. They are just lazy and I understand in todays world. Still isn’t very fun to have to tell them.
I realize that Taco Hell is the bottom of the bottom, but this place is a flaming trainwreck. Simply wanted a quick cheap burrito during a break at work, but the nine Latino children inside couldn’t even know what was on their own menu in both English and Spanish. I’m glad I’m not a stoner.
Be prepared to have your order wrong 100% of the time, check your food before you leave the parking lot or risk the disappointment after you make it all the way home.
I’ve been through the drive thru 5 times since they reopened and every time I’m either missing something or I get the wrong order. Tonight I got someone else’s order 2 times before they gave me the right one, but when I get home I’m missing a cheesy potato.
This place is absolutely vile. Been here twice since they reopened and each time my order has been prepared wrong. Save yourself $$ and time and go literally anywhere else for a snack frs.
Asked for non-cheesy fiesta potatoes (I haven’t had them in years, but I used to love them)The person on the speaker says “Just potatoes?” Responded with “Yes.” At the windows checking the whole order, find them, and they’re covered in cheese and sour cream. Ask to exchange for what was ORDERED, they take the cheesy ones, leave for a second, and come back with a bag. Open the bag while leaving and it’s legitimately the same exact ones.
Food is okay but there’s a big sign on the front door that says “DINE IN OPEN, COME ON IN” but when I parked and walked up to it there’s a small sign with small font that says “drive through only.”I left my spot in the big drive through line because it said I could order inside, and now there’s fine print telling me I just wasted 5 minutes in the drive through and now I have to go to the back of the line again? Seriously?
Person at drive thru was rude, my drink was not right, and hot sauce and napkins were missing
