I walked in shortly after they opened and asked for a protein bowl. The lady who made the bowl was new and did an outstanding job. However, when she started putting the veggies together, she was told that they don't cut anything up. I asked her why and she said it's something they just don't do. When I told her other subways do, she shrugged and walked off. In attempting to eat the bowl, all thebsauce was on top of the meat and veggies, but nothing on the shredded lettuce. Pulling the veggies out from the top made a huge mess. I will not be buying from this store again!

I walked in and was greater 3 times by the same person. Its like he didn't remember he already greeted me. He then tells me the only bread they have is Italian herb and cheese minus the cheese because he forgot to put on before baking it. I then asked for cheddar cheese. Oh they are out of that too but they have shredded cheese. Fine. I ask for olives. They are out of olives. I wanted a cookie but they were out of all cookies. They had no iced tea and we're out of medium cups. Finally I pay and wait for my receipt. Guess what. The receipt printer isn't working. This subway sucks. I don't blame the workers. The manager and owner are to blame.

Workers are rude and dont seem to want to be there. Food is fine. But expensive.
❗?️I never write reviews but I had too?️❗Heard that the closer for this location is leaving. Shame since she was the ONLY employee who made my food correctly and actually cared about her job and the customers she had. This location needs better workers. And more than likely better management in order to KEEP good workers there.Unfortunately have to find a different place to get my lunch....... Unless the other staff are trained better in customer service skills.
Good place to go, just your standard Subway. Staff here is good and personally I prefer this location over the East Wenatchee location, that's just me.
