Today we went through the drive thru and ordered 4 sandwiches. When we pulled up to the window, the employee told us that they are now excepting tips at the drive thru and then put us on the spot and asked what tip we would like to leave. I'm always a good tipper but I didn't like how he asked what tip I would like to leave. I told him I didn't want to tip. He handed us the bag and my debit card with receipt and closed the window very fast. When I looked at the receipt after driving away, I realized he had given himself a 20% tip! He, quite literally, stole over $6 from us. If you choose to eat there, make sure you always check your receipt. I will never go back there again.
AWESOME!! lady fixed a really bad mistake from the east wenatchee store, she went out of her way to make my day better. highly reccomend this branch of subway if you want great customer service!!
Drive thru had five cars, so I decided to go inside. Fast and friendly. They stayed busy after rush by cleaning and getting ready for the next lunch rush.
Everytime I go there, they miss something. Weather it's a veggie or a bag of chips. Tonight I went through the line for two toasted sandwiches, and both were cold as hell
Person on the mic sounded more annoyed than happy. They also didn't ask if the sandwich was a footlong or 6 inch, which I also should have paid attention and said something, but I paid and got a footlong when I only wanted a 6inch. Always double check with your customers please.
90% of the time this location doesn't have meatballs.
I think the manager? and the staff are always super friendly when I come through, and somehow always convince me to leave with a cookie:)
The sandwiches are way more expensive than other subways I've been to for some reason. Our order was correct though.

Decent food, good selection. Food is generally Well made , but it could be higher quality food even if it means I might pay an extra dollar I'd be fine with it.
