The only latte I've had from Starbucks that was terrible. The milk seemed sour or oversteamed and no sweetness at all. I should have taken it back but I was in a hurry. Couldn't drink it.

I was having a good day, in a great mood, excited to get my coffee. When I got to Starbucks that quickly changed. I don’t recall the girls name but she has brown hair and I believe her name tag started with a T. She was cold, short in conversation, and made me feel unwelcome in the store. Would expect a little better attitude towards customers.
