Absolutely enjoy the atmosphere at South. Whether it is lunch with coworkers, dinner with family or quick hangout with friends. Their chips and salsa alone are delicious and their margaritas are my favorite! Service is great, friendly and on top of checking in with you. My teen daughter really enjoys their burrito :) The attached picture is their seasonal cranberry margarita and was awesome. I definitely recommend!
We went in to celebrate as a family last night and we decided to go to South Pybus. It was late like 815 when we got there there were still plenty of people hanging out. They let us bring our dog to the patio seating. We enjoyed our meals and the waiter was so friendly also.
I loved this spot for lunch! Our server was very friendly, and when the wind picked up even helped us move from outside to inside. The service was quick, and I loved the fish tacos. The fish tacos tasted fresh with a balanced amount of flavor - the creamy avocado taco sauce complimented the fish perfectly. The tortilla chips were also unique with a sprinkle of what tasted like chili powder on them? Definitely a fun place to try with a welcoming & laid back atmosphere.
We are locals and was our first time here. Service was good, food tasted alright, but for the price the portions were small. My burrito bowl didn't come with the quacemole as advertised, I chose the fresh vegetables as a filling and it was just a zucchini sliced up, small amount of beans and about 5 chips. My alcoholic beverage for the price was also watery tasting. I left still feeling fairly hungry and not satisfied. I don't think we would go back.
Shrimp tacos were good ($17.95). Service was attentive! Eating out just costs more than it did just a couple years ago.
Had a great time celebrating birthday, bartender made us a few different Mezcal cocktails. Good food, good service. Our server Colby was awesome!
I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write a review, but South is one of my favorite places to eat in the Wenatchee Valley. From the smile on the hostess' face, to how he's ready with extra wiki sticks for my 2 year old to play with, which always sets the meal up for success. I love the laid back atmosphere and the margaritas are the best paired with a garlic shrimp burrito bowl! We have hosted lots of birthday and holiday parties at South and the wait staff as always been exceptional. I can't wait for the patio to open this Spring, as it's my go-to place to meet for lunch!
South is my favorite place to go for drinks with my friends. Their half basil half stinger margaritas are amazing.All the food items are amazing, especially the shrimp tacos. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I came from Northern Idaho to surprise my sister for Valentines Day, the staff at South were more then happy to participate and help pull off the perfect surprise... The friendly staff, nice inviting atmosphere and great food made for a perfect night...
Delicious - highly recommend the poblano chicken dish (it comes with tortillas, I traded my wife for her chips)! Tortilla chips for an add on-fee - the salsa alone is worth it! Go for it! Go SOUTH!
