This is the second time I've ever visited Sonic only because I grew up on Jack in the box McDonald's, burger King...etc .... And the second I came here, I had a sudden rush of memories and remembered how delicious this place is. Best ice cream ever! Their iced drinks are absolutely delicious! I enjoy my fries with ice cream. Sonic is my new favorite place to go now.
We tried ordering a couple of drinks on the app, but it said this location wasn’t taking mobile orders. Okay, no big deal, we’ll just go and order in person and hopefully they’ll honor the 1/2 off price from the app, right? No, they refused to give us the discount even though THEIR app wasn’t working. And then told us to wait while they looked into the app issue, and after 5 minutes of silence (and then “hanging up” the stall) we just left. Why is it so hard to find decent customer service these days?
We ordered combo #12 which we thought the cost was included everything $8.88. But turned out we had to pay $2.40 extra for a lemonade drink and extra sauce (according to them). We never asked for extra, even so, they could verify the extra charge with us but all we receive is an excuse that it was the system calculation. They can’t do anything. When we asked, the girl, who said she was the manager, explained that it’s $8.88 for the combo and a milkshake was $5.29 but the total we got was $17.98. She had no idea when we asked the tax was that hight?! She couldn’t explain why until we received the receipt with the extra charge on. No explanation. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to get unreasonable charged. I will never come back.
If I could leave a zero star review I would, they messed up our order about 3 times, I went inside to let them know and was even more disappointed of how nasty it was. It looks like no one cleans the floors or windows, and the lady’s pants were disgusting, no proper hygiene. Also before you leave make sure your food isn’t old and cold, I got my child a kids meal and she couldn’t even eat it because of how old it was. The whole experience was just simply so disappointing, I should’ve read all these bad reviews because they weren’t lying.
Ordered at the drive thru at 12:27 pm. Told it will just be a minute, I guess a minute now means 45 minutes. Then she walk up to me and said her headset is broke but have to turn it off twice cuz it was echoing when I was telling her my order but it worked for the customer behind me. It took over an hour to from start to finish, and I didn’t get the right order on top of that. I requested for onion rings and got French fries. She also decided the sauce to pun in my bag. When requested for a sauce I wanted, she got an attitude that she have to switch the sauce. The least that she could have done for the amount of time and gas this have cost me is to be nice and accommodate my request. I’m never coming back from this place again.
Some of the food was cold, in our order was not completed properly not once but twice before things were made right. Not really a fan of the quality that has been lost over the years at this place.
We came to drive Thur our server was a lady named Tia. She was absolutely rude. Costumer service lacked with her. Hopefully shes a bit nicer to the next customer..
Waited over an hour for a very small order. Staff didn't have it ready when we decided to go through drive through. I doubt we will go there anytime soon. The drinks were good when we got them. Food was excellent. Just no explaination why so long to get items.
Placed an order. Waited 20 minutes and ended up leaving cause they hadn't even started it yet. There was no one else ordering food. Can't pay on the screen cause they're mostly all broken. Not going back.
45 minutes for a plain burger. When I asked for my money back. The manager did not know how to refund money.
