I pre ordered to have the food delivered at a scheduled time, it arrived over 20 minutes late and all the food was overcooked/burnt. Very dissatisfied with the service and the customer service. When called and complained got no explanation to why but excuses and never once an apology. Order over $100 worth of food and they gave me a $15 credit. Very unhappy.
Online ordering experience went well. Prompt delivery at the specified time. Wings and pizza were hot and delicious.

Please put more sauce on the wings. Ordered boneless, breaded wings with garlic parmesan sauce. The wings themselves were completely dry and there was just a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the container to try and scoop up with the wings. This was also the case the previous time we ordered wings from this location. That time it was part of a dinner box and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce in the foil pouch, and the wings themselves were devoid of sauce entirely. Not exaggerating. Tablespoon.
Easy pick up, love the rewards points, and I like the thin crust pizza.

Maybe have my pizza cooked similarly then having one almost undone pizza and one that was over cooked. Cheese sticks were burnt.
