I have given this place YEARS of business and for YEARS its the same crap. how hard is it to read the order, put the right things in the bag and give it to me??? I make sure the screen is right but more times then not the dogs get the food because its wrong. it's a joke! sorry mcd not sorry im done with you stealing my money, and NEVER have you made it right with me.
The drive through is a joke. The guy taking our order was completely confused and kept ringing stuff in wrong. I got so fed up that I didn't even get all the items we wanted because he apparently couldn't hear me... Yelling into the speaker box... And the dude who gave us our food looked like he was stoned and almost dropped our food. Plus the prices are outrageous and the food is mediocre. Lame.
Love the quarter pounder with cheese,and I always get my dog a plan hamburger she loves that such a treat.
I use the mobile app. I would give this a five star rating if the app didn't constantly add my previous order to my order. I have to check and delete it.
I don't think this McDonald's has ever messed up my order and I've been there at least 20 times in the past four years. East Wenatchee always seem to mess something up. My most recent visit was in the morning and I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit mashed together with an egg McMuffin, without half of the biscuit and muffin. It was good, same McDonald's as ever. It's sad you can't eat inside. I stood outside by the building and dined. I think I had a coffee also which was a little subpar, if I had to complain about anything. It's newly renovated (in the past few years?) and kept fairly clean. Not ecstatic about the customer service but I don't expect much these days. I would recommend and will be back.
I only have one cashier that I have a problem with, she can't speak English very good. Otherwise I absolutely love this place foods timely and you really get condiments, you don't have to ask.
Update: I'm back two weeks later. Literally standing at the counter for a few minutes. Employees walk up and put an employee meal in. STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GREETED. left without ordering. Don't even deserve 1 star. Honestly hard to believe any restaurant can be that terrible, even McDonald'sOriginal:Multiple employees standing around gossiping and cussing up a storm while I'm standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted? tf. This town has no customer service skills anymore it's embarrassing

So, it's a McDonald's and the food is basically the same as all the rest. The service is okay and they usually get the order right. The milkshake machine is usually broken and sometimes they don't tell you it's broken until after you buy the milkshake so that's annoying. They pay their new employees 50 cents above the new Washington minimum so that's a plus kinda. Don't expect to be wowed but it's definitely a McDonald's.
