I love a good French bakery, so I was really excited when this was set to open. This just isn't a good French bakery, or a particularly good bakery. I have tried half a dozen times since they have opened always hoping they would improve, but this last time was a too sweet, soggy-bottomed, blueberry pie that was soupy even when cold. Blueberry should be complimented with the addition of something tart like lemon, but instead was sprinkled with more sugar. I have also tried poorly laminated, dry croissants, raw in the center cinnamon rolls, etc. The French staples I have asked for have gotten blank stares. I will say that the coffee is good. The pastries that I have tried (6-8 different offerings) are not.
This place has a relaxing, beautiful and chic vibe about it. The coffee tastes great and the croissant was very pleasant.

Stopped during my visit and was not disappointed, had to go back multiple times . Very friendly staff and the absolute best pastries. Just wish they were in Rehoboth Beach Delaware ....till my next visit LA Vie En.
Delicious, mouth watering sweet and savory croissant type pastries. Great coffee and friendly folks. Comfortable and relaxing decor. You won’t be disappointed.
Best latte of my life, not once, not twice, three times charming and many more on the horizon. Bought some of their coffee beans and made our own cups of goodness at home which is also nice. Best lattes/coffees. Best French pastries (per the fam). All served avec smiles in La Vie lovely style.

This baked-good-snob really wanted one of everything in their cases, however cinnamon rolls are the way to my heart… I wasn’t even slightly disappointed! I would’ve been happy with a little more frosting (because who doesn’t like frosting?), but it’s really not needed with how flavorful the roll itself is!

I’ve been through Wenatchee several times and haven’t come across this coffee shop before. It’s very cute and I appreciate how they offer seasonal drinks that are unique. I’ll definitely stop by when I’m traveling through Wenatchee again.
