Winco is 24 hours.. just go grab something from there and air fry it. This location is a dumpster fire. Obviously many ongoing issues and no accountability. Had multiple occasions forgotten items-always gracious to staff -even if it was burnt -Who cares? it can be remade if you find the order improperly prepared or missed or hell, even taking 20 minutes. After the fifth time (in a row) of one or the other of these things ,it was pointed out to staff that service had been consistently poor for months. Defensive attendant working the window was not just agitated but down right aggressive . Long story short- not getting what you pay for at the minimum and not being impressed(even if your asking for the minimum) isn’t privilege. Corporate was emailed by my boyfriend who was with me and there’s been no follow up. You might as well shut the doors and sell the real estate to someone who knows how to run a business . Someone that can find or at the very least afford decent staff.
Just went there for a late night meal from the drive-thru, supposed to be open 24 hours. They were all smoking outside with a door open, and when we got to the order speaker, they told us they were having "malfunctions" and were closed for the night. WE ATE THERE EARLIER IN THE DAY, AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. -- EDIT: Thank you for replying, I went ahead to send information as requested!
Do not lie to your customers. An experienced counter person been here months perhaps years. She knows how to give a senior discount. Don't turn a simple mistake into POS lies. She is not new.
Amazing food and good consistency with things it's not just slopped together plus the employees are honest lol

Excellent Food but the Chicken Nuggets you get less for more money than BK or McD, also most of mine were smaller than average. There was a time when JB was was my favorite Fast food, but they've gone downhill in recent years. 3 stars.

Usually when I order anything from this chain or restaurants the order takes a little bit. Understanding that their idea is that it’s not made till you place the order. When I came to the window it was handed to me almost immediately. I was suspicious. With the first bite it was dry, and tasted like it sat around for 30 minutes waiting for a victim. Not only that, it looked like they got bored and were playing catch with the burger, it was squished and sloppy. Not common to my experience with Jack in the Box. After letting them know of my concern they remade the burger and was worse and made more sloppily then before. The fries were terribly dry as if they forget they were cooking and resulted in tasting like rubber. Not sure if it’s just the night shift or what but definitely not a pleasant experience.
Its your average run of the mill fast food but I like it much better than some the other fast food choices in Wenatchee.
Ordered a large Fry from these guys and they put 2 pounds of salt on it.Looks like it snowed in the bag.I brushed the extra Salt off my fries and used it as Snow melt deicer on my sidewalk.I'm going to start going to these guys for fries when I need snow melt deicer.Holy moly! take it easy on the salt.
