Fire is exactly as it says: fire. This is a great spin on the quality Italian food you expect from Visconti’s. They have a fairly simple menu with lots of options, but still high quality food with quality ingredients prepared diligently. If you want to eat casual but still have a fantastic meal, this is the place to be. Check out Ice next door for dessert - you can order Ice desserts from your table at Fire.
My husband and I have always had a great experience at Fire. We took our son and daughter-in-law who are from Ellensburg, to dinner. It was their 1st time at Pybus Market. Our waitstaff was amazing (as always)! We like to sit on the upper balcony.
I won’t lie I’m addicted to the chicken mushroom mastacholi dish they have but for some reason I feel singled out half the time I go here because of an older server with blond hair who’s constantly at the bar and when she does check on tables she makes snarky remarks and is rude half the time. I tried to order a simple dish recently and even saw the order on the receipt but somehow I still ended up with sausage instead of chicken on my mastacholi dish I ordered.
This was my first time coming and it was a great experience! We ordered a pizza, chicken Alfredo, and an appetizer. The pizza was very thin but I’m guessing that’s how it’s supposed to be. The rest was perfect. I will say it’s pretty pricey but it’s worth the price. Our server was polite as well. :)
This is the poorest experience I’ve ever had. They were not busy, yet our waitress was constantly absent. Roaming the public market and taking multiple bathroom breaks. It took 10 minutes to get a foul tasting beer. The waitress was zooming around and barely stopped to listen to our order. We thought ok, maybe the food can redeem the quality of service… It was the most bland, cold and disappointing pasta we’ve ever had. They were the same meal, sautéed chicken mostaccioli, but I ordered the gluten free noodles. Gluten free noodles were spaghetti noodles which made the entire dish moot. Not only that, but the noodles were not cooked long enough and my chicken wasn’t sautéed.My $16 plate tasted like undercooked spaghetti noodles covered with prego sauce and boiled chicken. They could have had the decency to at least put salt and pepper in it. My boyfriend took 4 bites of his and thought the same. He said the non buttered bread had more flavor then the pasta? And how can you serve bread without butter or oil? I would give zero stars if possible.
The experience was amazing with our youth group. All the stores and shops were awesome. There was a store that sells amazing ice cream, crepes, and other things. Plus other amazing places.
Went for a lunch with my parents, we ordered several items. All dishes were lacking any type of culinary skill, small and bland, we sent back the $13 bowl of minastronie soup that was half full and filled with bread.. I asked our waitress why it was half full and after we watched the waitress argue with the chef she was embarrassed and came back and told us that it was a 10 ounce portion and there was nothing wrong with it. They said we could have it for free as they would throw it out if we didn't take it. The place was empty and now I know why... I don't like to complain but raise your game fire, and remember the successful hospitality quote " the customer is never wrong" don't argue with the hand that pays your bills.
Just got a takeout gluten-free pizza. It was cold and burned to a crisp. Interesting and disgusting combination. The crust could be used as sketching charcoal. Overpriced, skimpy toppings, poorly cooked and presented. There are high quality options for a gluten-free crust. No excuse for using an inferior product.

Very expensive, not good, and small. Pizza is super thin, hardly any toppings, and just not that tasty. Maybe the worst freshly baked pizza I’ve ever had. Brussels are ok, but $11 is a rip off. I would recommend going elsewhere.
