Went through drive thru ordered food, they wouldn't respond to our questions until we had to answer ourselves, ordered a kids meal and they just thew the chicken strips and fries in a basket with our other stuff, no token, no drink . All tossed in one bag, the soda I ordered was flat and it was overflowing when the guy handed over the drink and no napkins in the bag, food was old and not fresh. This will be the last time we ever go to DQ I've been going to DQ for over 20yrs and now it's never the same . Probably should remain shut down .
worst DQ I've ever been to. The lobby was very dirty and, they were maybe doing a remodel, but tools and equipment were everywhere. the food was good, but I may not had ordered had I looked around first
Only thing they have going on are the blizzards. Food is far from good and the time it takes them to make chicken strips and fries is ridiculous. I waited 30min for some deep fried food.
Everytime we go here we have to fight with whatever Female is at the drive through about what they have and don't have. When you order the same thing all the time..YES YOU HAVE THAT ON YOUR MENU.!! The only one who is polite is the young man who was working on February 3rd 2022...he gets 5 stars.
Bad service thru drive thru... Order was wrong as well... Didn't get complete order...
Horrible experience went through the drive-thru was told ice cream machine was broke.Went back the next night at 8:30 in the evening was told the ice cream machine was working but they were closed lol.Went back a couple nights after that and the whole place was closed at 5pm tried calling as well to verify there hours and the number goes straight to a cell phone VM that is not set up to take messages.Horrible ownership/management worst DQ I have ever been to I won't ever be going back unless there is new ownership because new management isn't going to help this place it's going to take new ownership...☹️☹️☹️
This is the worst dairy queen I've ever visited. Blizzard was barely mixed and the candy tasted like old cardboard. Staff is definitely undertrained. Unfortunate.
I ordered a butterscotch sundae. It came to me in the form of a hard shell! They used to have a syrup that poured over the ice cream and it was delish! Unfortunately, every sundae you order will be topped with a hard shell except strawberries. I went to take out back cos it was horrible, they said sorry we can't do that. I was getting ready to raise a fuss, then he said okay, we can do that. So I gave him my sundae in exchange for a strawberry one. It was pretty good!You would think after all that remodeling, they'd pay attention to the food as well!
Updating my 1* to a 3*. Still slow to answer the drive through speaker (no one else in line) but they flipped the blizzard upside down and it wasn't melted so I think the owner is taking notice to the customers complaints. Only 3* because they weren't serving food. Said kitchen is already closed. At 815. They were open until 930 ?
Says they close at 10:30. Closed at 9. Not cool. Awful customer service!
