I LOVE chipotle. I work as a traveling healthcare worker and it’s one of the places I always look for in the city my contract is in. Unfortunately this location has be extremely disappointing multiple times. I have tried multiple times but won’t be going back. I usually get double meat but the meat portion size seems less than what I’d normally get. They are constantly out of ingredients. The staff doesn’t seem overly helpful or proactive. The soda machine seems out of order too often. Usually not very clean. The acoustics are atrocious (I know. Weird gripe but it’s true). Utensils are often hard to come by. The vibes are just not good. I really wanted to like it here and I gave it several chances but myself and others have been sorely disappointed by this location.
Usually great but every now and then you get super small portions. If I'm paying $15 for a burrito bowl you better fill it up!!
Just went in to get my dad and I two steak bowls. First was told we couldn’t have bowls cause they had an online order that needed it. Mind you I saw a HUGE stack in front of me! After didn’t even have the ingredients I wanted. A truly disappointing experience and I will never be back to this one. Would give zero if I could!
I contacted Chipotle.com about my situation here last month and never got a response. I told them if nothing is done then I would leave my review online. On April 29, 2022... I went to Chiptole to get a Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl at 7:00pm. They close at 10pm. The lady said that they were all out and I asked when they would have more ready, so she asked the Blonde hair manager and she said 15-20 minutes. I didn't catch her name. I said I would be back then. 30 minutes later I come back and ask for the Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl she says they are out and I ask when they will have it ready, so she goes and asked the manager again and she says 15-20 minutes again. So I sit there and wait. While I am waiting a guy asked for the same thing and she says they are out. One lady comes in and asked for the Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl and immediately the same lady who told me they were out two times already and asked the manager twice goes to the drive thru meat area and gets the chicken. I don't know if it was a friend or not, but it was weird that both guys were told no and the one lady that ordered she immediately got it for her. I then go up there right after that and ask again and she goes right over to the drive thru area and comes back and says they are out, so I say I will wait then. After about 10 more minutes of waiting and realizing that I am not going to leave the manager comes out and says she will get my chicken bowl and goes to the drive thru area and gets the chicken. No extra chicken was made the entire 50 minutes I was there and none was still being made. She gave me a light portion of chicken, had an attitude while doing it, didn't apologize, give me a discount or anything. I was nice the whole time and said thank you and even tipped as it is not the employees fault that they have a bad manager. I have not been back and I told them I would not be back until that manager is gone. I may check to see now that it has been over a month.
During peak lunch time, the store did not have full menu and the trays weren’t being replaced when empty. There was only one bean option and one rice option available. Veggies weren’t really cooked too. Overall not a great chipotle experience!
Friendly service and generous portions. The ingredients were all very fresh.
I ordered pick up (which was late) and when I opened the bag there were two of the tiniest burritos I’ve ever seen!! Literally half the size of any chipotle burrito I’ve ever gotten before. Only giving 2 stars and not one because at least the girl was friendly. So not typical chipotle:(
Came in a few days ago for the first time at this location. Will, was super helpful! He made our experience above and beyond. We have a Celiac person with us and he made sure everything was gluten free for them. It was beyond helpful! I’m making this one of my go to places now. Thank you Will!

Don't use the app to order, they get it wrong almost every time. Probably 9 out of 10 times. Something is always left off when requested or added when not requested or have received a completely different order. Not sure what the disconnect is.Therefore we go inside every time that way we can see our order being made. Last night I was sick and kids wanted chipotle so after almost a year of not using the app I used it to order and we picked it up. When we got home we noticed no queso was added to the burrito bowls when we requested it and lettuce was added to a bowl when ordered without. one order did not have the requested guacamole. An order of chips was also left out. I just don't understand why it's so difficult to follow a printed order.
