Read some reviews which indicated the fish and chips would be good. I tried them out and I wasn't disappointed. So much food, we also had blueberry cheese cake and it was amazing. Service was a little slow at 6pm but that's probably because they were full full. Thats right people know where to go to get their grub on. I'll be back!!!
Horrible experience and terrible food. Unfriendly pink hair lady, trying to rush us out because we walked in 10 minutes to breakfast menu closing. We ordered dine in and got carry out food. We where astonished. We left and ended up tossing the food. Taste was horrible. Greasy, soggy and had an awful aftertaste. Like fake sweeteners were used. Never again!
I don't know if there is a new owner or what but the fries are crinkle cut now, the food quality has declined dramatically, and like everything else right now, prices have gone up. Used to be one of my favorite places to grab an excellent burger. I'm not returning after my recent visit.
It's a fantastic place to take your family to. The adult drinks aren't too strong but have enough kick to know what you're drinking. Food was good enough to take home, honestly the best part of the experience was the service. Waitstaff and barstaff went above and beyond for us during a busy holiday weekend
We went into bobs burgers with high expectations. As my husband said it was one of his favorites. We are a family of 4 and it was dinner time so we understand waiting some time . But we placed our order a little after 5pm and watched other tables get their food before us, after they had ordered long after us. the server came to our table and asked my husband for another beer but never once asked if myself and my two children wanted another drink- she was only concerned about my husbands beer even though my cup sat empty. We finally got up at walked out @6pm. Which the manager came running after us threatening that it was illegal to leave without paying. So I go back in and I pay for the two beers my husband ordered and the manager proceeded to say with an irritated attitude “well I guess I will just comp the food”. And then ask me if I wanted change from the beers. Which is crazy she would even ask that! Never once did they apologize for their poor service. Just wanted to make us feel bad for being fed up for waiting, sorry I have 4 & 9 year old sons who were starving we had just got done playing baseball all day. and we understand waiting when busy but we were completely ignored the server walked by us several times without asking us if we need anything. In the hospitality business your job is to serve others. We work hard for our money and we don’t go out often so when we do go out we do expect to get at least decent service and enjoy ourselves. Would not recommend.
Awful. Absolutely awful. Ordered a French dip, I knew it was great because we ordered it once before. It was filled with nice thin slices, juice and cooked just right, loaded with mushrooms and perfect caramelized onions in a delicious sauce......... THIS TIME..... yeah.... no.... meat that was so dry it could stand on its own, it looked like they put all the slices in a book press and left it for days, threw some cheese on it, tossed in the microwave on high for 10 minutes, pulled it out and ran over it with a car before slapping in on some dry bred and serving it.... THE BEST PART. I took 2 small bites and said NOPE. The waitress said I'm so sorry the manager will take 50% off.... 50....50?! No no no. I want it all taken off (my meal not the whole bill) Manager had the nerve to tell me..... well you ate the salad.... Yeah, I ate the 1 cup of salad while my friends finished eating because I was HUNGRY.... And there was no way I was going to order another thing from the inept cooks in that kitchen. So bottom line, do not go.
There is no burger like a Bobs Classic burger. Super delicious! And our server Isabelle was very fast and friendly. Great service!
I have had lunch to go several times and dine in once. I usually get a burger and fries but have also had the potato skins. Staff are always friendly.
Try the bone-in ham & eggs, or bacon & eggs breakfast. Also, a variety of great big 1/2# burgers ...
bad overpriced food, bad waiting service. Ended my experience with food poisoning. will never go there again.
