First time eating here and had the fresh spring rolls. They were most delectable ! The veggies were fresh and crunchy. The peanut sauce was unlike any I had before, it was coconutty, peanut buttery with a bit of zing or spice at the end! I really wish I had more once they were gone. I am now constantly thinking about this wonderful treat!

My gal pal and I enjoyed ordering from Joe’s food truck at an event on Lake Chelan! So many healthy options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free; and multicultural: Thai, Vietnamese, Korean… We ordered the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and Joe’s signature Ukrainian beef and tomato dish. We also sampled the wild Alaskan salmon chowder—wow! SO good. He goes the extra mile to source local ingredients, and charges a premium for the quality, as he should. Support this hardworking one-man shop. You won’t be disappointed!
was at the ales and rails event last night. got a garlic black pepper brat for $12 and when I received it I thought it was odd how for $12 how all you got was the brat in the bun and condiments. no toppings at all which is manageable but then when I bit into it, it was literally HALF FROZEN
Had the short ribs and they were AMAZING! Highly recommend!
