Wine was good, the charcuterie boards were wonderful. Our server outside was fantastic. However, the long hair gal on Saturday, May 21 working the tasting room approximately 12:20 pm greeting people at the door was atrocious. We were a bridal party- on a chauffeured wine tour- and she snapped at us because we stated a last name for the reservation- and when we stated we were with a tour company, her response was “well that’s what you should have said.” When our chauffeur came out to tell us it was time to Leave for the next stop- we went inside to pay our bill- as our server was very busy taking care of multiple parties- the same gal flipped us attitude- and said “You all need to show patience, your server is busy.” Not sure what this gal’s role actually is- but she needs to be upgraded to “unemployed.”
Had a lovely time. Food was very good. Was missing the fun interaction you get at most tastings, but still a good time. Our server was nice, but this is more of a restaurant and not a winery experience. The reason for the poor review is bc as we were leaving, my friend and I ran into the bathroom and our server was in there cleaning the toilets. She was very sweet and we commented how she was doing h everything. How gross though that the restaurant has one of their servers cleaning the bathrooms as she has tables. There are so many issues with this that I have no words,
Wow, what an amazing winery experience! Megan, our server, was absolutely amazing. Her recommendations and friendly demeanor made the experience above and beyond what I expected. The tasting room is picturesque, and the wines were exquisite…especially the Red Mountain Cab! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for an amazing winery experience!
Looking at other reviews before writing my own, looks like this is not an isolated incident with this place in regards to their manager, Rikki (apologies if this is the wrong person, the gal has darker hair and of course the attitude that all the other negative reviews mentioned) very rude and snappy. Such a shame because this place has a good view and the rest of the wait staff is great. Our visit on 4/30/2022 was OK. When we get our bill, the amount was wrong, we asked Rikki to adjust it, she did something on the tablet and hand it to me to press confirm. I did see the amount changed to the correct amount so I pressed confirmed and explicitly asked for a receipt, which Rikki said it will be emailed. However, the amount that was charged on our credit card was the wrong amount, a $40 difference and of course, no email receipt were sent.I would advise anyone with a card on file to check what is being charged whenever Rikki hands you the bill.Since then, we (wife and I) have tried many times to call to rectify this issue but can never get anyone to pick up or call us back.I've been trying to cancel my membership but of course no response via phone nor email. Very frustrating experience with this place. We live an hour away so it's not the most convenience to just drive all that way to cancel a membership or dispute a transaction.Good place with bad service makes for a bad experience. Again, it's a shame because the rest of the staff are wonderful.
I want to give them 3.5 stars, but can't. Their wine was fine, their food was fine, their service was fine, everything was just fine. Only the location and view was amazing. It was an ok place to stop for lunch in between wineries.
I had a great experience here. The wine was great and I really appreciate the recommendations the staff was able to give. Sky was a great server and so was the woman who gave me a sample of her favorites of the purple sticky note. One of the wines of the flight was not my favorite so she brought me a different red instead. This place was gorgeous and had a nice path to walk, a bridge and fire pits. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!
Took my parents here for breakfast and wine tour and it was amazing. The area is nice, the food was great, and the wine was amazing. My wife and I got the mimosa flight thinking we would get a few small mimosas, but ended up splitting a full bottle of champagne and had 3 different juices to choose from that were all great. Everyone really enjoyed their food as well!
This is one of our favorite getaway sites. Very friendly staff great wine amazing atmosphere. Good is food it's nice that part of the menu is seasonal and changes so it's always fresh And they always have some of the favorites that are also great. Their events are always very fun and their staff is very accommodating. We went to an outdoor event where the ground was difficult with a member of our group in a wheelchair. The staff set up the side room that opens to the event and made the night perfect. We alway have a blast there and will continue to be club members ? My husband loves that it is pet friendly and our dog adores the staff.
The staff always go above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. Even when they didn't have their outdoor tables and fire pits, they let us sit under the willow to enjoy a tasting and a very tasty lunch. Crisp fries (I recommend adding their fun array of sauces) and a hearty mushroom sandwich Philly cheese style made for a cozy winter meal.
Tried a stop at waterbrook winery during our stay at Walla Walla. Their voice message stated they were open and the online reservation allowed us to schedule. I even received two email reminders. We drove several miles out of town to the winery and there’s a closed sign taped to the door.It only takes a minute to change a voice message and online reservation app.
