Awesome local place. Love stopping by for breakfast with my mom. The entire crew is super kinda and food very good. Chicken friend steak is my go to but those biscuits and gravy! Yum!
Great yummy breakfast, sweet staff, old style feel, just like home!
Not a fan. Chicken fried steak was from a bag. Home fries were fresh cut potatoes but had zero seasoning or other ingredients. Basically boiled potatoes thrown onto the griddle for a few minutes. Eggs were real, though. Small space might have been charming but for the obnoxious customer, clearly a friend of our waitress, loudly expressing all of her ill informed political opinions and self-affirmed superiority. Distasteful, dirty, and in need of some serious maintenance. Place was packed though...perhaps they could use that income to step up their game.
I went there for breakfast and ordered the chicken fried steak. Nothing special about the food. Frozen store bought chicken fried steak the home fries are just cooked potatoes plain with no seasoning. I reminds me of a greasy spoon kinda place. Probably won't recommend to anyone.
Friendly, with good food. But don't expect fancy. It's a roadside dinner that's been there forever. My Dad would call it a "greasy spoon" and he'd meet the boys there for coffee everyday - if he lived there.
Great food, great service, perfect small restaurant diner style. Patty melt and fries were excellent.

I'm really super picky about my omelet. No matter where l go its always dry. This was a very nice surprise to say the least that it was moist and fluffy?. I definitely would go back again that's for sure. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and have never had the opportunity to go until today. I really like supporting small local businesses.
