They were able to accommodate all of our wacky substitutions and requests without batting an eye. The Fresh Cream of Asparagus soup that subs the cream with Brie is a stroke of genius. My wife says she's going to dream about that soup. The fresh mussels, yes fresh mussels in Walla Walla! What?! Yes, without a doubt they were the most tender and simply delicious mussels I've ever eaten. I've eaten fresh mussels in Spain, Portugal and green lips in New Zealand. These beat them all and were in Walla Walla! Fantastic dinner at half the price of the other fancy restaurants in town. We had the Ribeye with a Lobster Tail. absolutely great! Highly recommend giving the Marc a try if it's been awhile as they blew us both away.

What a wonderful evening at the lounge! Three of us celebrating two birthdays enjoying great food and wine. We ordered the Carmelized Brussel sprouts to start and absolutely loved this flavorful dish! The “old school romaine” was a yummy salad of romaine with bacon, pickled onions, blue cheese crumbles, and a creamy blue cheese dressing that was fabulous. We ordered wine from Long Shadow winery, a beautiful Riesling( Poets Leap) and a stunning Cab( Feather) that was an ideal pairing with the Marc Burger. Another mouthwatering pub fare with bacon, crispy onion, Beechers cheddar cheese, Walla Walla onion jam and black truffle aioli! One of the best burgers I’ve tasted and I have had many notable burgers:) What added to this memorable evening was the amazing server we had ( Melodie) She was just perfect , anything we needed she already anticipated for us. Her engaging personality and commitment to excellence made our night! Everyone that we had an interaction with were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again and again!

Food was super yummy and wait person, Melodie, was amazing, Ever ready to assist in any way and an absolute pleasure to be around. Would suggest the Marcus Whitman use her as an example for all servers to emulate. Besides the enticing and varied menu they also have am amazing wine selection.

I look forward to staying at the Marcus Whitman and eating at the Marc Restaurant at least annually. This last visit in May was a disappointment. The meal was just good, not outstanding. And the main dish was served just lukewarm. The staff and service was excellent.

Our food was undercooked and brought out wrong. We did not get the appetizer we ordered. The waitress was great and made things better but overall not a great experience!

Both server and bus boys provided excellent service! We were impressed with Rebecca and Antonio. The salmon was amazing, so was their table wine!

We are locals who often return to the Marc for special dinner occasions. As always, we had a fabulous dinner-cedar plank salmon, the wonderful Cesar salad, clam chowder and then they treated us to a strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert! It's elegant and a great place to dine.

A cozy fancy dine in restaurant. My cedar plank salmon was amazing and I have tried lots of salmon from different restaurants. This one definitely is my favorite. I mean look how cute the plate was! Hubby said his burger was delicious. But not his fries. The cheese board was interesting. I'm not a cheese fan but it would pry be delicious if I was.

Ambiance was lacking, food was mediocre, hotel lobby was perfect for sitting an finishing our bottle of wine.

The staff was warm and welcoming. We were traveling from out of town so reached out and asked if they could make a cake for the occasion. Without hesitation, they made the best desert, came out with candles. The food was AMAZING. We all ordered something different and absolutely loved our choices. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. Highly recommend.
