Just one night. Food disappoints. Service is suspect, everyone seems new to their job. Ordered a Brandy Alexander from the bar and received the most embarrassing presentation of a cocktail ever. Not even close. Absolutely terrible.

Classic old feel hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Situated in the middle of downtown Walla Walla. Walking distance to dozens of tasting rooms and restaurants. World class wines grown all around.

Fabulous friendly staff. Attention to detail and lots. of extra touches we weren’t expecting in the room. Complementary full Buffet breakfast was delicious. We would definitely plan another visit to this lovely hotel. ^ -2

Wonderful experience to stay at a legendary hotel, providing great customer service and caring. Accommodations are exceptional, with clean, comfortable rooms. Onsite restaurant, The Marc, provides a fabulous menu and the adjacent Vineyard Lounge a relaxing atmosphere for an enjoyable drink or informal dinner. Customer service prevails and staff always available to answer questions or provide assistance.

We love this lovely, gracious hotel. Everyone is so hospitable. We always stay here when we visit Walla Walla. They have a lot of free parking, and the hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to many wine tasting places and downtown restaurants. The rooms are nicely appointed and quiet. The beds are firm, maybe too firm. Bring your own pillow, the ones they have, flaten to pancakes as soon as your head hits the pillow. The breakfast buffet is adequate. We really enjoy the bar and often eat there for dinner. Be sure to pick up the booklet that has all of the wineries in the area and a map so you may easily drive to your destination. My personal favorites are Spring Valley, Long Shadows, and Canvasback. Excellent wine.

Best hotel in Walla Walla. Great breakfast, friendly staff and a super value and the location couldn’t be better Free parking and Wi-Fi adds to the hotels value. The room are clean and have everything you need for a great wine visit.

Outstanding complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, staff was very nice. Great place to stay for our two nights in Walla Walla visiting and celebration the Kiwanis Club of Walla Walla, there 100 year anniversary.

I stayed at the Marcus Whitman for a quick business trip and somehow only managed to pack pajamas. So, Denise at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to deliver me room service. She was a real life saver!

We've stayed in this hotel for 5 years in a row, and will continue to. The classy lobby with so much comfort and character is always a welcoming sight. The rooms are comfortable and have tons of TV channels for nighttime viewing. The Marc restaurant is outstanding. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. There are tasting rooms adjacent to the lobby, and we love the Spring Valley Ranch tasting room which is across the street from the hotel. We walk 2 blocks to Main St. and enjoy the restaurants and tasting rooms there, especially Mark Ryan. Therese at the front desk is a warm and welcoming person and always helpful and knowledgable about local questions.

Excellent food at both our group dinner and breakfasts. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and ready for on time check in. Hotel is conveniently located around the wine tasting and club districts.
