Every time I try to go here the lobby is always closed, drive thru only which I can't fit my van through.Also when I have been in my personal vehicle and go to the drive thru, not once has the order been correct. Always ask for no sour cream, they put no sour cream on the screen, but it always has sour cream. Frustrating.
This Taco Bell location is pretty new, and they're still trying to get their kinks worked out, but some of the people working behind the counter were fairly rude and not very personable. I ordered my food via the Mobile App, and gave my name, but apparently there was a disconnect between everyone, because my food was sitting on the warmer for over 5 minutes. I had to repeat my order several times, but apparently they still couldn't figure it out. Hopefully they'll eventually get their stuff figured out.
In the middle of dinner rush, a semi complicated order, the employees nailed it. Really fast and accurate and a clean dining area inside to boot.
I ordered nacho fries .. they are supposed to come with nacho cheese seasoning .. never in all my times of going to Taco Bell down south have I gotten nacho fries minus the nacho .. they were regular fries with not even a sprinkle of seasoning .. I don't know if you need a corporate manager from the south to teach seasoning skills buhh something needa shake
I placed an online order and was told they wouldn't get my order until 15 from when I placed it. Went inside to see what they could do. Was told me they could prepare my food right then. Showed them the order I had placed on my phone and was given the wrong food then was told I couldn't get what I wanted because I was inside. So overall unhappy with service
It is few and far in between the bad experiences I have at fast food but this one is pretty much top of the line. So if you want bad food slowly have at it
Second time this month this has happened to me. I wait in the drive through, get up to the microphone and nobody is there. I drive up to the window and nobody is there. The restaurant is open and I see employees laughing and goofing off in a corner of the kitchen.
I work for doordash and these guys also showed very good amount of people skill and are very respectful to the door Dashers
If I couldngivebthem zero stars i would, they were very rude here..every single time I have been here..orders never right, foods always cold and they always tell me my card is declined..my card for some reason doesn't tap and every single time I tell them, the rude girl at window reruns card and then slams window after giving me my reciept..dont ask for sauce, they look at you like it some out of their check then proceed to give you 1 or 2 packets..which is insane when I am usually ordering for a family of 5. They are not getting my money again..I will drive to milton freewater..food will be same temperature when I get it home anyway.
