Usually okay, but they made my drink wrong and forgot to give it to me. I waited for about an hour only to be told to "check the counter" I had checked it multiple times and my drink was not there. My coffee had been sitting behind another drink and no one bothered to tell me as it was not in sight. When I asked about it they at first dismissed me when I said I wasn't a mobile order. I waited for way too long-my iced coffee was lukewarm-tasted bitter. Paid 8 dollars for this :/

Did really great job doing our custom mystery orders. Although, one that was supposed to be vegan had to be remade because of the whip. Overall thanks to the employees for putting up with our nonsense.
It is Starbucks. Corporate, friendly, convenient. Quality, ehh, not so much. Consistent and satisfying, though.

While this place was crowded, I came at the right time. There was no one in line, they were all seated. It smelled wonderful when I walked in. When I asked the barista at the register what smelled so good, she replied, "Everything." She caught me by surprise, and I laughed. Well played Starbucks person... well played. The venti caramel crunch frappuccino with added shot tasted amazing. As usual, Starbucks exceeded all expectations.
