The service is good but not great. The employees park in the curbside pickup area. The pizza quality redeems them
We ordered the new Cajun Fries and they were so delicious! Our Large Pan Supreme Pizza was made perfectly and delivered piping hot! Our delivery driver was so friendly. Great job and thank you Pizza Hut of Walla Walla!
This is the worst pizzas and bread sticks and service I have ever got at this store. Got called a liar about the pizza being the wrong size bye the manger.The bread sticks where hard as a brick and the pizza looked old like it was a old order. This store need better service and new mangers that are not rude. It took twenty mins. for me to final to get the to give my money back. I hope something is done about this.
Pizza hut is the bomb baby best pizza yet keep it up makes my tummy go yummy im one satisfied fat kid lol
I. Verified my apartment #8 with the store and supposedly they told the delivery guy that it was apartment H. He just sat out in the car until I went out looking for him. Pizza was not hot.
Absolutely no service the host was blaming the fact they have no employees and can’t wait on tables the place was dead she surly could have brought menus she just was in the back talking .. they shouldn’t be open if they can’t take the time to give some service… no menus but a piece of paper.. the little ranch side are ridiculously priced as was the pizza.. ? can’t go anywhere anymore

I never had a problem with pizza hut in the past. But this last order the bread sticks where hard and the pizza was not done to the order. And it was all cold when we got get. Did not eat it at all.
Your manager could be professional not only to customers but to also employees. Pizzas were good chicken wings were cold and not tossed in sauced. Looked like the sauce was squirted in the bottom of the bowl. Amd all down the side of rhe container.
That the Pizza Hut App should be more accurate with when to pick up the pizza. After 45 minutes the app said that the order was ready, and we waited 10 minutes until we arrived. I went inside and the employee said, "10 more minutes." We waited 15 minutes and it took another 10 to fifteen until the order was finally ready. I understand that New Years Eve is the busiest pizza day of the year, but please make the app more accurate.
