I think they took my review down because of the pictures. Thats ok heres more of how they get every order wrong. Got apple pies for my lactosae intolerant family member and get two straw berry and cream in 2 apple pie boxes. Thanks mcdonalds. Other two pictures of messed up orders is a bacon egg and cheese buscuit order that is a sasuage buscuit some how and a sasuage miffin as a griddle sasage muffin some how. I dont even now how you accidently do these messups.
I stopped in to get some ice cream with my family. After watching four employees struggle to mix the ice cream and Oreo bits for ten minutes, funnel the Oreo with their bare hands into the cups and one girl wipe her nose with bare hands and continue working... I asked for a manager, got my $7 back and refused free ice cream for obvious reasons. This was a painful reminder of what an unprofessional food environment looks like. I will be avoiding McDonald's and other fast food restaurants a long time, possibly forever.
After a rough day of work, I rushed to try and get a warm dinner but miss the lobby time by 10 minutes (I ride my bike). One employee came out and took my order from outside. Thank you!
Terrible. Ordered McDoubles that had no ketchup, the burgers were burnt and I was in line for 20 minutes almost after I ordered. I don't plan on visiting McDonald's again anytime soon
The Big Mac I ordered was made incorrectly! All the toppings were between the bottom bun and the middle bun. There was nothing between the middle bun and the top! How does that even happen? Quality control is severely lacking.
This McDonald's is very clean and the staff very efficient, one of the best managed fast food places in Walla Walla!

It's a McDonald's. What do you expect to be here? It's consistently mediocre food, but will fill you up for cheap. I recommend you download the app. Lots of deals.
I love being able to place orders and pay for them independently! It saves a lot of time and is much safer for minimum contact.
