I usually get pancakes and they are delicious! The staff are nice, but I will say the fries are pretty soggy to be honest. The Staff usually mess up the order or the food will be cold, but overall I think its a good place to go when your in a hurry.
So we ordered a happy meal last night and my child eats the French fries 1st like she always does 7 year old little girl little girl. She then opens the chicken nuggets and pulls the 1st chicken nugget out of the package of 6 and says Hey dad is there supposed to be a bite out of my chicken nugget? And I'm like no no bite should be taken out did you accidentally take a bite out and forgot she's like no I hadn't even opened them until just this 2nd and one of my nuggets has a bite taken out of it. I really don't know what else to say But my mind was blown and the manager's mind was blown and I don't know who would have done that or why they would have done that but really....
Terrible food once again! Chicken sandwich was only patty on over cooked buns and nothing else. My kids’ cheeseburgers were undercooked (pink). I’ve already taken back food when there was a problem and wasn’t offered money back , instead they wanted to recook the meat we already had. If I’m going to pay a small fortune for there food then I expect to receive quality food along with what I ordered straight from there menu. Cmon McDonalds, step it up!
Forgot to give me my drink cup, ignored me 2hen I went to the counter to find condiments. Food was good, service so-so
Every morning I get the same Big Breakfast with hit cakes and an orange juice and vanilla latte. I've never had to wait. They are very efficient. The food is always hot and delicious. They always give me the buyer and syrup with napkins and grape or strawberry jelly. I love the $1 drinks. I'm going there tomorrow morning ?
We had to return to get the part of our order they didn't have in the bags and weren't very good about getting it so I had to get a manager to fix the problem. We just wanted what we ordered and paid for.
Wish they were open for longer. Ive gone there before when google maps said they were open and they were closed. The only good thing here is the breakfast. Specifically the mcgriddle. God himself helped craft that syrupy confection. It doesnt seem possible that McDonald's has such an extraordinary item. I wonder how many scholars died trying to find out how its made. Im assuming voodoo magic or a cow sacrifice to cathulu or something of the sort of required.
Pulled up at one of the Drive Thru lanes, waited 5 minutes, no one took my order and I left. It should not take that long to take a customer's order; especially when the customers in the other drive thru lane are having their order taken.
Online opens at 5am. Doesn't open until 6 or later. Well Safeway screwed me 20 years ago charter internet 10, haven't shopped or used either service since. McDonald's i might not be big money but you lost my money...
Customer service is hit and miss but every time I have gone here it has been miss. The last three times I ordered through the drive threw my order has been missing items, or had the items I ordered made incorrectly. Last week I ordered sweet tea and had to end up going inside after going threw the drive thru three times in order to get my tea.
