Foods good but never right. I ordered popcorn chicken combo, waited for 15 mins & they give me cheese curds.everyone else got what they ordered but I didn’t get my popcorn chicken, or my kfc sauce. This the 4th time they’ve screwed up my order. Not going to go there for a while again. I forgot why we stopped & this is why. I’m allergic to dairy thank very much.
The last 2 times we have gotten take-out at this KFC, it has been terrible! The order was not correct and the food was not good. We won't be going back.
Paid 25.00 for 2 meals. 1 meal only came with 6 chickens wings and asked for the combo and they said that is the combo meal..6 wings no sides no drink
This KFC is the worst one that I have ever seen it is 1 a terrible place to work 2 the food can be moldy because of mold in freezer 3 and the management is terrible force a sick employees to come to work call their employees in, even though they have days off. I am honest to God surprised this place hasn't been shut down
I will not eat in my vehicle! You need to open the dining room if you want my business. Covid is clearing so stop being lazy.
The girl that took my order was terrible! She didn’t know the menu at all. I sat outside forever waiting for my order. Seriously a place where I’d question if the staff took care in preparing and handling my food.
Drive thru only currently. So I placed the order they tell me to pull around so I pull around I get my papa burgers and my chicken chicken with spot on both papa burgers were cold stone cold. stone cold so sad. So like for the price you pay for these meals here especially at KFCI expect my food to be piping hot. Especially when you ask me to pull around. Let's not talk about the overinflation of your food what happened KFC who used to be reasonably priced in a great place to eat and you're really falling by the wayside.
Bad food worse employeesEdit: I just read the rest of the reviews and I see it’s not just me that the employees are CONSISTENTLY extremely rude to. Maybe not every single employee but for sure that one youngish middle aged lady who is always working. She always acts like she is very very annoyed to help customers
Always horrible every time we go, I always wait to go back thinking it will be better but it’s not. Our order is never correct and/or missing items. Management is the worst. Very rude and unprofessional. Tonight was the last time I will go to this KFC.
Ordered $37 worth of food yesterday (11/19/21), they had us pull to the front of the building to wait for our order, ten minutes, not bad of a wait. Until we started to head home (3hr drive) start to open our bags and realize we got someone else’s order and it wasn’t even close to what we got price wise. So that’s cool.
