The food is good and fresh. Service is fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will do custom orders if you ask them to. Good place to go for a sandwich.

The manager either has the employee I spoke with scared or something is not right.As I paid for a veggie sandwich w/soda I told the young woman in training the card was approved. Another worker looked over and said it was not approved.After I realized they somehow thought it was not approved I ran my card again. Approved again -charging my card twice.Later when I checked my expenses I found the double charge.I called and was told I “just needed to get to their store really early-like 9am so the manager could tell me if there was a double charge.”Drive to their store really early Saturday morning for a mistake your trainee made?I was then informed “that happens with bank cards” (it was a US Bank cc).My choices were ALL: you need to contact us because our MANAGER is REALLY BUSY.Sounds like too busy for customers.Hoping the MANAGER has enough sense not to call Saturday morning. (This would’ve been an email if I had been given one or found a local one)
