I think it's ridiculous that they are only selling drinks, or shakes. I went there to get food and can't even order what I want. The reason I go there is because after I get off Jack in the box and taco bell are the only places open. It's unacceptable that those of us who want something from there after we get off work can't get what we want because they are not "selling it at the moment". This usually is the case when the short dark haired fall is working.
I just got food from there. I got a buttery bacon and swiss burger with a lg curly fry. My husband got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger lg fry. My burger didn't have the butter stuff on it and a ton of mayo my curly fries were so hard that my dog had a hard time eating them. My husband found cold nasty ? curly fries in his regular style fries it was just so gross. Won't be going back.
The food is always good (for fast food quality). The five star review is for the employees. Everytime I go through this Jack in the Box, the employees are chipper and super friendly. Makes for a good experience.
The last 2 times I have been there the lids have fallen off the cup and pop has spilled everywhere in my car and all over me!! My whole car is a mess!

They do not care or listen to your order. Not only did I ask for certain things to not be on my order, but I paid for the 15pc mini tacos and they didn't even give them to me. Tried calling and again no answer. They need to replace everyone that works there. I'm calling corporate.
Drive-thru blocked and 2 employees sitting in a car staring at me. Supposedly open 24hrs, apparently not.....false advertising online then. Not too happy that your employees were staring me down. Why are the 2 employees taking a break at the same time and hotboxing in the parking lot
I work for doordash in the local Jack in the Box staff is very respectful I have never had an issue with an order to this Jack in the Box
I was there just a few minutes ago, i got the sriracha curly fry munchie box, they forgot the tacos, the burger was under done (it was still cold and pink in the middle) and there wasnt even any curly fries on the burger?! They basically threw undercooked cold fries in the bag not even in a holder. Step up your game guys. I wish there was someone i can talk to to fix this. Also, They didnt even let me take my order back.
35 minutes in the drive through. Bout 6 of us waiting this long.. it’s a little ridiculous..Edited a couple months after my original review.If I’m doing door dash or getting drive through, I’m still waiting forever… 20 minutes past my expected pickup time for door dash makes me and this place look like a fool..
