I’ve been going to Ice burg for years. I’ve never had issues until today. The patties were charred. All 4 of them. I called as we were heading back to have them re-make them. The customer service was extremely disappointing. While they did make us new burgers - you’d think an apology (at least) or refund would be the appropriate thing to do to correct their huge mistake. How did they not notice the patty was completely inedible? I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I think I’ve made my point.
Stopped in at 9:45 to get a hamburger. Didn't see a closed sign but no one came to the window. The employees just ignored me. Finally I whistled to get their attention. A male employee pointed to a "Closed" sign in the service window. I literally had to look up at a 45 degree angle to see it. You would think that someone would have let me know they were closed rather than just ignore the customer. The Ice Berg used to be a good place to get a hamburger. Now they're just "Rude".
Saw a lot of people goofing off and joking around with long lines and a long wait. Wait is historically long but usually with less people working. They got the order wrong and when asked for the missing item they had a little attitude look. Did not saw sorry or anything at the window. Been going here since I was little. Food is still good thank god.
It's an okay joint. I don't mind how slow it is, food was cooked pretty well. Though the place can be really busy, and I've left at times when it was too busy.Though the burgers are not bad, and the fries are okay, though the shakes were good and thick.
Our hamburger buns were burnt and the fries were a soggy mess, undercooked and we threw them away….that bad!! We are from out of town and we were traveling so there was no going back to have our order redone. A waste of our money.
I have been coming to the Ice Burg for more then 20 years. The quality of the food has never changed. The hamburgers are by far the best. And the milkshakes are made with real ingredients highly recommend to anyone wanting the best burger, fries, and milkshake around.
My husband and I called in our order @ 7:10pm and they told us 15 minutes it would be ready so we waited the 15 minutes and drove there pulled up to the window on the right side and we waited over 15 more minutes and NO ONE came to the window they the employees all looked out the window multiple times and still NO SERVICE i had to get out of the car and go and knock on the window and I told the girl we had been waiting over 15 minutes for our order and she said to me I’m NOT on ORDERS and slammed the window on me. I mean after waiting that long and spending over $30 for dinner and thought their should of been some discount. WE WON’T be back!!!
Great Burger drive-in! Good burgers and fries, and some of the best milkshakes and malts around. You won't be disappointed.
Great cheeseburger, fries and shakes. The fries have a nice crispiness to them. The shake is real thick. Pleasant staff and clean exterior area. No indoor seating. 2 tables outside, but full when weather cooperates. Prices are on par with every other place. This place is busy, but the food comes out in a reasonable time.
Great place to eat! Friendly service at the window!
